The Flower and Major

Part 3

It was now third period, gym. On half of the court the girls were playing volleyball and the other half the boys played basketball. I was trying my hardest to keep the ball away from my sister so she doesn't end up hurting someone. My eyes widen as the ball flies past me toward Bella. She flailed smacking the ball causing it to soar across the gym and smack a boy with spiky blonde hair in the head.

I covered my mouth to muffle my laughter as I followed Bella to the boy. He was rubbing the back of his head where the ball had hit. 

"I'm so sorry." Bella apologized. "I told them not to let me play."

"I'm sorry also." I add. "I was trying to keep the hall from her but missed at the last second."

"It's fine." He says turning to us. "Just a flesh would, your Isabella and Lily Swan. I'm Mike."

"Just Bella." Bella corrected.

A brunette practically shoved between me and Mike. Possessive much?

"She's got a good spike doesn't she?" The brunette questioned. "Aren't you two from Arizona? People from there are supposed to be like really tan."

"I guess that's why they kicked us out." Bella joked lamely causing me to hurt a laugh while Mike full on laughed.

"Haha." The girl fake  laughed. "You're so funny."

I went to take a step closer to her and threaten her but stop as Bella gently grabbed my wrist causing me to pout.

I sat down at a lunch table beside Bella with the two we met in gym. The chess geek grinned at us.

"Mike, I see you met my home girls, Lily and Bella!" Eric says.

"You're home girls?" Mike questioned.

"My girls." The dark skinned boy says kissing my cheek pulling the chair from underneath Mike.

He went to run away when I quickly spun in my chair raising my foot kicking the boy in the back causing him to fall slightly before taking off with Mike after him.

"That's an assault!" I called out to him. "Unwanted kissing is assault!"

"It's like kindergarten all over again." The brunette, Jessica says scooting her chair closer to me. "Your like the shiny new toys."

"Smile!" A girl says before I was blinded by a flash. "Sorry, I needed a candid for the feature."

"Features dead, Angela." Eric snapped. "Don't bring it up again, I got your backs babies."

"For one, don't call me baby." I snapped. "For two, don't be rude."

"I'm sorry." Bella apologized. "You could do padding on the swim team, or eating disorders."

"Actually that's a good one." Angela says smiling.

"I know right." Jessica grinned causing me to roll my eyes taking a bit of my pizza.

"Who are they?" Bella questioned causing me to look where she was looking.

Walking into the cafeteria was Rosalie and a buff guy they looked perfect for each other. After I had sent a glare right after she glared at me she started liking me.

"The Cullen's and Hale's." Jessica gossipped. "They moved here a few years ago, from Alaska. The blonde is Rosalie and she's with Emmett the dark haired guy."

I smiled as Alice walked in spinning while holding Maggie's hand.

"Dr. Cullen and his wife adopted them, they're all like together together." Jessica continued. "It's weird."

"Jess, they're not actually related." Angela says.

"Anyways that's Alice and her girlfriend Maggie." Jessica says with disgust.

"Why that tone of voice?" I questioned her.

"They're both girls." Jessica says as if stating the obvious.

"And?" I snapped. "They're in love who cares?"

"Anyway they keep to themselves." Jessica says ignoring my comment.

"Who are they?" Bella asked again causing me to look.

Jasper grinned at me nodding his head slightly. I play fully rolled my eyes standing from my seat and grabbing my things walking over to Jasper. He placed a cold hand on my lower back leading me to the table. As I sat down beside Alice as she gave me a bright smile. Jasper took a seat beside me throwing his arm over the back of my chair. Walked up sitting at the table seemingly in thought.

"I'm Alice." Alice grinned at me. "Seems Maggie has taken a liking to you." 

I smiled fondly as she rubbed her face against Maggie's arm. I turned to Rosalie who was leaning against the burly dude that Jessica claimed to be Emmett.

"This is Emmett." She smiled. "The love of my life." 

I smiled at their cuteness as I took another bite of my pizza.

"That's Edward." Jasper whispered in my ear. "He's brooding at the moment."

I muffled my giggle with my hand while I continued to eat.

I follow Bella and Mike into biology. Mike pointed us out to the teacher as we handed him our slips. Mr. Molina smiled at us signing them before handing them back to us along with textbooks.

"Miss. Lily you can sit beside Ms. Denali." He says. "And Miss. Isabe-" 

"Bella." Bella corrected.

"Bella, you can sit beside Mr. Cullen." He says. "Please try to keep up."

I snort at Bella as I make my way toward where Maggie was sitting in the far back. She smiled at me as I took a seat beside her. Mr. Molina stood in front of the class with a smile on his face.

"Today, we are dissecting flatworms!" He says handing out dishes. "AKA Zombie worms!" 

I groaned as he set the worm on our table causing Maggie to laugh.

"What's the matter?" She asked. "Don't like dissecting?"

"No, it's just the things we gotta dissect."

I raised my brow as Edward had stormed out of the classroom. I turned to Maggie who just rolled her eyes at her cousin and shrugged. I quickly followed Bella who had rushed out looking utterly heartbroken. She ignored me as she stormed down the hall to the office. I'm going to kill Edward Cullen.
