The two women could not keep their smiles off their faces. They were finally married. Those 6 weeks of planning everything could not have gone by any slower. But now the day was here. The two were married and they could not be happier.

Everyone was now making their way to the tables. Char and Mia sat at a smaller table at the front of the dance floor. the first person who had the mic was Marjorie.

"Oh, this is going to be good," Mia smirked as she looked over at the woman.

"Good evening, everyone!

For those who don't know me, I'm Marjorie, Charlotte's best friend, and I have the honour of speaking today. First off, can we just take a moment to appreciate how absolutely stunning these two look tonight? Seriously, breathtaking.

Charlotte, you and I have been through so much together. We've laughed, we've cried, we've shared secrets, and probably way too much wine. You're not just my best friend; you're like a sister to me. And as sisters do, we've always looked out for each other, wanting nothing but the best for one another.

Which brings me to Mia. Mia, I'll be honest, you and I didn't always see eye to eye at first. I guess I was just being a protective friend, trying to make sure that Charlotte was in good hands. But as I got to know you, I realized something incredibly important. I saw how you make Charlotte light up in a way that I hadn't seen before. I saw how you support her, cherish her, and most importantly, love her. And it didn't take long for me to understand that you are exactly what Charlotte needs—and deserves.

Charlotte, you've always been the most caring, compassionate, and loving person I know. You give so much to everyone around you, and I'm so glad you've found someone who gives that same love and care right back to you. Mia, you make Charlotte happy in a way that only someone truly in love can.

Seeing you both together, it's clear to everyone in this room that you complement each other perfectly. You've built a relationship that's based on mutual respect, trust, and endless love. And that's something truly special.

So, here's to Charlotte and Mia. May your marriage be filled with joy, adventure, and a love that grows deeper with each passing day. I'm so incredibly happy for you both, and I can't wait to see all the amazing things that life has in store for you.

To Charlotte and Mia! Cheers!"

Both women had tears in their eyes as Marjorie finished her speech. They mouthed her a thank you. Reece came up next.

"Good evening, everyone!

I'm Reece. Mia and I go way back—we've been friends since high school. In fact, I like to think of myself as the brother she never had, even if she might argue that she didn't really need one!

Mia, we've been through so much together. From late-night study sessions to unforgettable adventures, you've always been there for me, just as I've tried to be there for you. We've shared some of the best and craziest moments of our lives, and through it all, I've watched you grow into the incredible person you are today. You've always had this strength, this determination, and this huge heart that draws people to you.

And then Charlotte came along. And I saw that you two were meant to be together. The way you look at each other, the way you support each other—it's the kind of love that's rare and beautiful.

Mia, you've found someone who makes you laugh, who challenges you, and who loves you unconditionally. And Charlotte, you've found someone who is loyal, caring, and who will always stand by your side. Together, you're unstoppable.

I've seen how much happier Mia is with you in her life, Charlotte, and that's all I could ever want for her. You bring out the best in each other, and that's something truly special. So, here's to the two of you. May your lives be filled with endless love, joy, and a few more of those crazy adventures that Mia and I used to get into back in the day. I couldn't be happier for you both, and I'm honoured to be here to celebrate this amazing love story.

To Charlotte and Mia—cheers!" Everyone cheered, and Marjorie kissed Reece on the cheek. No one expected the next person to come up.
