Location : The Area Near The Temple, Campsite, Outskirts of Mithila
**Later that night, as the camp settled into sleep...**
Avika found herself unable to sleep. She lay awake, listening to the sounds of the forest, the soft rustling of leaves, and the distant call of nocturnal creatures.
She felt a restlessness she couldn't quite place—a mix of excitement and uncertainty about her growing feelings for Karna.
Deciding she needed some fresh air, she quietly rose from her bedding and walked a short distance away from the camp, toward a small hill that overlooked the forest.
As she reached the top, she was surprised to find Karna already there, sitting on a rock, looking up at the stars.
He turned when he heard her approach, a gentle smile on his face. "Couldn't sleep either?"Avika shook her head, smiling back. "No, I guess I have a lot on my mind."
Karna nodded, his gaze returning to the sky. "It's a beautiful night. The stars are so clear out here, away from the palace lights."
Avika sat down beside him, her heart beating faster. "Do you come out here often?"
Karna nodded. "Whenever I can. It helps me think. There's something about the night sky that makes everything feel... smaller, but also more connected."
They sat in comfortable silence for a while, just watching the stars. Avika felt a sense of peace settle over her, a calmness that she hadn't felt in a long time.
After a while, Karna spoke again, his voice soft. "Avika, I want you to know that I'm glad you're here with us on this journey. I've enjoyed getting to know you better."
Avika turned to look at him, her heart swelling with emotion. "I feel the same way, Maharaj Karna. I... I've enjoyed every moment we've spent together."
Karna met her gaze, and for a moment, it felt as if the world had stopped.
The connection between them was undeniable, a bond that was growing stronger with each passing day.
Without thinking, Karna reached out and took his hand in hers. Karna looked down at their joined hands, his eyes softening.
She didn't pull away, he gently squeezed her hand, a silent acknowledgment of the feelings that were beginning to bloom between them.
They sat like that for a long time, hand in hand, under the vast expanse of the starry sky, knowing that something special was unfolding between them—a connection that would change their lives forever.
