Location : Mithila Royal Palace

The journey back to Mithila was marked by a sense of accomplishment and relief. The group traveled in good spirits, the weight of the past few days lifted by their success in the ritual.

The sun was beginning to set as they approached the city, its golden rays casting a warm glow over the bustling streets.

Mithila welcomed them with open arms. As they rode through the city gates, the townspeople gathered to celebrate their return, eager to hear tales of their adventure and to express their gratitude. Banners were hung, and flowers were scattered along the streets, creating a festive atmosphere.

The royal palace stood proudly at the heart of the city, its grand architecture a testament to the kingdom's prosperity. As they arrived, they were greeted by King Janaka and Queen Sunaina who awaited them at the entrance.

"Welcome back!" King Janaka called out, his voice filled with warmth. "We have heard of your success and are grateful for your bravery."

The group dismounted and bowed respectfully. Karna stepped forward, his expression humble. "Thank you, Maharaj. We are honored to have been of service."

Queen Sunaian approached Avika and Draupadi, her eyes kind. "We have missed you, Avika and Draupadi. I trust the journey was enlightening?"

Avika smiled, her cheeks flushing slightly. "It was, maa We learned much and accomplished what we set out to do."

**The Celebration**

The palace hosted a grand feast in their honor. The hall was adorned with garlands and lights, and a rich array of dishes was served, showcasing the finest culinary delights of Mithila. Music and laughter filled the air, and the atmosphere was one of joyous celebration.

Karna, Aditya, Draupadi, and Avika were seated at the head table with King Janaka and Queen Sita. As the evening progressed, the stories of their adventure were shared with the guests, each tale more thrilling than the last. The crowd listened with rapt attention, their admiration for Karna and the others evident.

Draupadi, always quick with a jest, raised her goblet. "To Maharaj Karna, who not only freed the spirits but also made this journey unforgettable!"

The guests cheered, their applause echoing through the hall. Karna, though pleased, remained modest. "It was a group effort. We all played a part in our success."

Aditya leaned in, his eyes twinkling with mischief. "And a part in making sure we all got through the ruins in one piece."

Laughter erupted around the table, and the mood became lighter. As the feast continued, Aditya and Draupadi exchanged knowing glances, their minds clearly on something other than the festivities.

**A Private Conversation**

As the evening drew to a close and the guests began to disperse, Draupadi and Aditya found a moment to speak privately. They approached Karna and Avika, who were standing together near a window, watching the stars.
