You stared at the paper in your hand, reading it over and over in disbelief. The Fleet Admiral, Sengoku himself, wanted to meet you. The man who outranked even your grandfather, the legendary Golden Buddha Sengoku, had specifically requested your presence.
And Garp was letting you go. He was allowing you to meet the fucking FLEET ADMIRAL, at MARINE HEADQUARTERS in the GRAND LINE.
Your name was on the paper. They knew about you. They finally knew.
"Is this for real? Really, Jiji?!" you exclaimed, looking at Garp. The big hat on your head still felt unfamiliar, a gift you were still getting used to. Garp nodded with a grin.
"Yes. There's no point in hiding you from them any longer. It's about time those idiots asked to meet you," he sighed, leaning back in his chair.
You cheered in excitement, practically leaping to your feet. You tackled Garp in a hug, completely ignoring the desk between the two of you, before dashing out of the door to tell your team the news.
But as the door to Garp's office clicked shut, his grin faded. He buried his face in his hands, the weight of his decision pressing down on him.

"Am I dreaming? Is this a dream?" Samuel murmured, leaning toward you with a dreamy smile, his eyes fixed on the sky.
The rest of the team burst into laughter at his reaction, while you bounced on your feet, wrapping your arms around him and pulling him close, burying his face against your chest.
"I can't believe it either! I'm so gonna kick a lot of asses!" you beamed brightly, practically glowing with excitement.
Samuel finally managed to wriggle free from your embrace, gasping for breath as he glared up at you.
"You almost killed me!" Samuel scolded, giving you a playful karate chop to the head. You let go of him, grinning sheepishly.
"Oh, sorry about that, haha!"
"(Y/N)-san~! It's nice seeing you again~!" A group of cadets waved in your direction. You blinked slowly, almost recalling this kind of interaction.
You responded with a warm smile and closed eyes. "It's nice seeing you guys too!"
They all squealed in delight, clearly thrilled by your response. To them, you were practically a Goddess.
Samuel eyed your fans with disdain, while the rest of your team mirrored his expression.
"Do you know how cruel they are to us when you're gone? They're cadets, but their pettiness is on another level," Melody hissed, crossing her arms. Asahi nodded softly, hiding behind Nicolas.
"Indeed. They were angry at us for letting you go," Asahi whispered, her voice barely audible.
