You woke up feeling groggy, your whole body heavy as if you'd undergone a week of intense training with no sleep.

When you opened the door of your room, a long-haired girl stood right before you, her eyes bright with that ever-cheerful grin. She's the same age as you, but a few inches shorter.

You forced out a smile, trying to mask your irritation. You've never liked how naive she could be. It felt weak.

"Rori. How nice to see you!" you chuckled, feigning cheerfulness as you brushed past her.

Rori's grin grew wider as she fell in step beside you, both of you heading toward the cafeteria for breakfast.

"Did you sleep well, senpai?" she beamed, and you hummed, nodding slightly.

"Ah, yes. It was a really good sleep," you replied dryly, trying to ignore her overwhelming positivity.

Why are you so annoyed with this girl today? Normally, you can tolerate her.

You groaned inwardly.

It must be that stupid fruit. What the hell did you eat?

As Rori kept talking, your annoyance grew with each word she spoke. There was something brewing inside you, something you couldn't quite grasp.

Finally, you snapped. Grabbing her by the neck, you slammed her against the wall. She gasped in shock and pain.

Fortunately, the hallway was empty at this time of day.

"(Y/N)-san!" she choked out, her hands clawing at yours in panic. The anger in your expression was something she'd never seen before-something terrifying.

But what froze her in fear were your eyes. Normally (e/c), they had turned a glowing, blood-red.

Realizing what you'd done, you let go, stumbling back in disbelief.

Rori gasped loudly, clutching her throat as she struggled for air. You pressed a hand to your head, trying to make sense of what just happened.

What the hell is going on? You're always in control. How did this happen?

"I-I'm sorry, Rori. I didn't mean it, I... Fuck! I'm sorry..." you stammered, before turning and running as fast as you could.

You needed to figure this out.

Smoker was observing the headquarters when he saw you running. Something was off. Your eyes were wide, filled with confusion and emotion. Your usual smug smirk was nowhere to be seen.

What are you up to?

He stuffed his hands into his pockets, closed his eyes, and turned away from Hina.
