It's been a week since you joined the Pillars. Saying farewell to your team was nothing short of heartbreaking. Sengoku had promised that they would be well taken care of and, if they performed admirably, would likely be promoted. But the pain of leaving them behind still lingered.
Your goodbye with Garp was brief—too brief. You didn't even get to kiss your grandfather goodbye before you were forcibly dragged away by men in black masks. They treated you like a criminal, pulling you along as Garp's desperate cries echoed behind you. You would never forget the sound of his curses, his voice raw with helplessness as he tried to reach you.
Sengoku and Kuzan held him back, preventing him from intervening. The look on Kuzan's face as he watched you, filled with pain and confusion, mirrored your own shock. He was just as bewildered, unsure why Sengoku had ordered him to restrain Garp as those unknown people took you away. They even placed a cloth over your head, only removing it when you reached the island.
The island they brought you to was home to a massive facility that looked like a factory from the outside. But once inside, it resembled a giant laboratory. The people within were either dressed in lab coats or black suits, and the atmosphere was stifling. It felt like you had stepped into a prison—like you had lost your freedom.
You were terrified as they led you to your room that first day. They locked you in there, and now, a week later, you're still confined. Your room is painted black, with a small bathroom and a bed barely big enough for your tall frame. The closet is filled with nothing but black suits.
They took Kuroshi and Shiro away from you. Yami is furious about your situation, screaming and demanding that the people outside your room let you out. He's been kicking, throwing things at the door, but nothing changes.
So here you are, sitting on the cold floor in front of your bed, hugging your legs.
What are they planning? Why have they locked you in this place for an entire week without feeding you? How do they expect you to survive without food for so long? What are they trying to do to you?
Is this why Garp was so adamant about not wanting you to join the Pillars when he first told you about it? He even offered you a way out, promising to ensure your escape himself if you chose to leave.
You should have asked Kuzan if he knew anything about the Pillars. For the first time in your life, you feel truly alone. Even with Yami by your side, the loneliness is overwhelming.
"GET US OUT OF HERE!!" Yami yelled enraged kicking the door one last time before surging back to your body. Feeling the limit of your energy.
Yami tried to talk you or even be angry as him. But you ignored him and remain quiet. He hates it. He hates how sad you are at this. How terrified are you.
His vessel should never felt this way!!
"Be quiet, Yami. Just be fucking QUIET!" You finally yelled out, your voice breaking. Yami finally calm down inside your head, giving you a silent comfort.
You started crying softly.
This is your punishment, isn't it? For every bad things you've done. For manipulating, for lying, for being born the way you are.
