Weekend with Auntie

Rosie was getting her shop set up and ready for the day to start, but was a little surprised when she heard the bell chime on it.
"We're not open yet" she called out over her shoulder as she was putting items out on the shelf, She finished that and turned around with a smile as she saw who it was.
"Alastor!" She said happily as she made her way over to them, She gave Alastor a hug while shaking Lucifers hand, wasn't sure if he was big on hugs so didn't want to make things awkward already.
"There are the little devils" she said as she moved down to the stroller now.
"We was wondering if you'd like to fulfill your role of Auntie for the day" Alastor asked as Rosie looked up at him
"I'd be delighted to!" She said as she stood back up now.
"We have some business to attend to that may not be fit for the kids to hear, so we was hoping you'd watch them until we get back" Lucifer added in with a smile of his own, he didn't know Rosie personally but being the king of hell he knew what she had done and why she was hear, like he did with every sinner. But Alastor knew her extremely well and if he trusted her, then she was OK in his books for now.
"You leave it to me, I've been waiting for a opportunity like this!" She said happily as Alastor sat a bag down on the table.
"In here you will find everything you'll need. Food, clothes and tricks on how to take care of them when they act up" he said as he was listing off everything inside it and continued to ramble on about different methods to calm them down, and also what they do when they want something.
"Sweetie relax, just because I don't have any kids doesn't mean I don't know how to handle them" she said with a bit of a giggle. She had to admit it was rather amusing to watch him being the over prepared parent. Lucifer smiled and grabbed Alastors hand.
"She's got this love, let's get going yeah?" He said as he tried to comfort Al a little bit. Alastor looked over at him and nodded at this, Lucifer was right, Rosie had everything under control here.
"Text us if you have any issue's alright?" Alastor added in before he leaned down to the stroller and giving the kids a kiss goodbye.
"Behave for Rosie today" he said before standing back up, deciding it would be best to leave now before he changed his mind, he grabbed Lucifer's hand and left the store.
Rosie waved goodbye to them before turning her attention down to the stroller.
"Oh you are just the cutest little things" she said as she reached down and picked one up from the stroller.
"Now what's your name cutie" she said as she tried to remember which was which. Drawing a blank she moved over to the bag and rummaged around, pulling out a paper with their names on it.
"Let's seee" she said as she skimmed over it, reading the descriptions and looking at the kids.
"Rosie, quite obvious...blonde hair..Austin...which leaves you to be conrad" she said as he gargled some in her hand.

(Again...I dont know how to advance kids much..so any input is helpful!)

She moved the stroller over by her counter as she finished stocking the shelfs for the store to open, taking turns holding the kids and telling them about the items she was putting on the shelf and stuff. It wasn't long before the store opened up and she heard the bell ringing as people started to file in and looking around. She had Rosie in her arm right now with the stroller behind the counter as she went about her day, talking with the customers like normal and answering the same questions about the kids, and things were going rather smoothly. With her skills she was multi-tasking everything just fine and still carried her usual smile.
Up in heaven the morningstar couple walked past the gate and was making their way towards Alastor's old house yet again, looking over Lucifer took note of Al's posture being different then normal.
"Relax love. It will be fine" He said as he grabbed onto his hand as Alastor let out a sigh.
"I know dear it's just..what if it's not, what if it's all a trick?" He asked as he looked over at lucifer. The king merely smiled some at this.
"Life is full of what ifs. And if you chase them down the rabbit hole babe, All you are gonna accomplish is driving yourself crazy. If this is just some trick or something. Then we will stand up. Say our goodbyes and walk back on out" he said as Alastor looked at him for a moment before nodding his head one in agreement. It was a completely logical option that made perfect sense, and why he didn't think of it he wasn't sure, perhaps just a different perspective was all he needed on that. Walking up the walkway he reached up and knocked on the door, it didn't take long for his mom to open it and smiled at him.
"Alastor!" She said as she moved to hug him, but unlike with Rosie he held his hand up to stop her.
"We aren't there yet Mother, there is lots to discuss first" He said as Lucifer stood beside him with his arms crossed, He didn't know what she was like before this, the only thing he knew was that she had broken Al's heart and Lucifer had to pick up all the pieces of it. And if she was going to do something like that again then he was not going to stand for it. They both watched as his mom backed up a little with a hurt, but seemingly understanding look on her face, she knew exactly what he was referring about.
"Right..please, come in" she said as she stepped aside to let them both in, taking note of how the kids weren't with them this down, a little saddened by that, but it has to start somewhere.
Moving inside they sat down in the living room of the house, She sat down in a chair while they sat down on the couch, holding hands. His mother watched them as they sat there holding hands.
"So...what did you want to discuss" she started in, not sure what to say at the moment.
"I believe it is pretty obvious mother. I want to know why you acted that way and all of a sudden your apologizing and wanting back in" Al stated rather bluntly causing his mother to look down at her knees.
"I was a fool..to set in my old ways to see past it all. Things were different back in my time and it was just how I was. But seeing you leave, it just...I felt that pain of loosing you all over again. I realized that it wasn't my right to deny you the happiness that you feel when you are with him. What kind of mother would want to take that away from her son" she finished as she looked up at him.
"I am sorry for what I said...and how I acted, I want to move on, be apart of my sons life again" she said as Al looked at her. Squeezing Lucifer's hand a little tighter as he listened to his mom talked, looking into her eyes searched for anything that would make it seem like a trick, but only finding sincerity behind her words. Alastor nodded at this.
"I accept your apology mother, but no more of it, I am giving you a chance to try again and if you resort back to how you acted, then we are through. Am I clear?" He said as he looked at her and waited for her answer, but was a little happy when she nodded.
"Yes, I understand" she said in a relieved tone.
"Would you like to introduce me to your husband?" She asked with a bit of a smile.
"Mother, this is my husband, Lucifer morningstar, the king of hell" he said with a smile as Lucifer held out a hand to shake hers. Which she returned.
"Im Ms.hartfelt" she said with a smile.
"You have made a truly wonderful son" Lucifer said as the handshake ended and he put his hand on Al's thigh.
"He is something else" she said with a bit of a laugh. The three of them started to talk and slowly the tension in the room eased up as time went by. Lucifer still wasn't entirely convinced but definitely felt a lot better about her compared to when he had first met her. He felt that given enough time she would turn out fine, just hoped that he wasn't wrong on this.
