Ive got you

Angel made short work of closing the gap between him and Sir pentious. Which wasn't to hard as he was moving slower and slower as if giving up on what he was running away from. Angel watched as he put his head down into his hands and started to sob, watching his shoulders bounce lightly as he finally came to a stop in the hallway. Quickly moving around in front of him, he wasn't sure what was going on but he was sure going to try and help his friend out.
"Hey...what's wrong?" Angel asked as he put his hands on Sir pentious shoulders. He didnt get a reply from him as he stood there crying into his hands, Angel wasn't exactly sure how to help or what the problem was. He thought for a moment before pulling him into a hug. He felt Pentious stop crying for a moment and take a in a sharp breath.
"Just let it out big guy" he said as he patted his back some. Pentious didnt return the hug as first and instead moved his arms around himself. He wasn't sure how to act towards this, He's still getting use to the feeling of having people that actually care for him. In all of his life he's only had it happen a handful of times, and they have all been right here in this hotel. He moved his arms and returned the hug from Angel.
"T..thank..you" he said in a rough tone as he still had the lump in his throat.
"Dont mention it...you wanna talk about it?" Angel asked, for the moment he just held onto the hug, figuring that pentious would let go when he was ready to. He didnt feel any movements from his snake buddy as he left the question hanging in the air.
"Id...rather take my mind off it for the moment" Pentious said after a moment of silence and taking a few breaths to get rid of the lump in his throat.
"Well what do you want to talk about then?" Angel asked now as he tried to find ways to help.
"Anything really..."
"Well what about what I've been thinking about doing?"
"That's a start" Pentious said as he let go of the hug now and moved back some, he looked up at Angel with a soft smile but was still fiddling with his hands, trying to get his mind off of his current problem.
"Well, I use to be a pornstar, worked for Val, which you know all of that. And I have still been doing some work at the clubs here and there. Twirling on the pole, showing off a little here and there nothing major and not anything pyshical anymore, I save what's left of my body for Husker" he said with a smile as the two of them started to walk down the hallway away from his old room, the further away he got from the room the better he was feeling, the tightness circling inside his chest was fading away and he was standing up straighter and the smile was creeping back onto his face and listening to Angel.
"So my new plan was to start training people, putting all that knowledge of mine to some good use ya know?" He said as he smiled and looked over at pentious who nodded his head.
"That would be a wissee way to use that information for better. Inssstead of what you needed it for in your previous job" Pentious said as he thought about it for a moment. Happy that Angel was there to provide the distraction for him. They moved further down the hall and soon Angel opened the door to his room for Pentious to enter. Moving over and flopping down on his bed as Pentious looked around before sitting in a chair.
"Yeah, im just not sure how husky would feel about it. I still need to talk to him" Angel said as he looked up at the ceiling of his room.
"Have you got ahold of cherry yet?" He asked now as Pentious shook his head.
"Not yet, I'm waiting to surprissee her with my return" he said with a smile.
"She's gonna be thrilled about you coming back her. She's been missing you a lot here lately" Angel said as he moved and propped himself up on his arm.
"Same for me..before I moved in here with you all...I never knew what it was like to have friendsss..or know what Love wasss, And I owe it all to you" he said with a small nod and a smile.
"That's what friends are for" Angel said as he returned the smile.
"They are also for supporting one another. And from what I saw earlier, you need some support" Angel said as he brought it back around trying to get a little insight on what had happened back there. What Sir Pentious had been running away from in such a hurry. He watched as his face fell some and seemed to find the floor rather interesting at the moment.
"My past In a way..." he said quietly without even looking up at Angel. It was silent for a moment in the room before Angel thought about it.
"...your Eggs...isn't it, that's why you ran out so suddenly" He said as Pentious nodded his head a bit.
"I still have all their pictures in my room, and seeing them just brought all those memories back and I just couldn't take it" he said before feeling a hand on his shoulder as Angel shifted and sat up on the bed.
"Well, what if you had a friend with you?" Angel asked with a little smile as Pentious looked at him before smiling back a little.
"I...supposssee it couldn't hurt to try?" He said before standing up from the bed.
"Lets go and try it then" Angel said following him as he got up. They left the room and moved back down the hallway, getting just a few doors away from his room before the elevator opened amd Pentious watched as everyone walked out.
Alastor, lucifer, Charlie and vaggie, Husk and Nifty.
"What...are you all doing up here?" He asked confused as Angel leaned and arm onto his shoulder.
"You seriously think your Family is gonna let you go through this alone?" Angel said as he looked at him with a smile and held up his phone, wiggling it in the air showing that he texted Charlie who soon stood in front of him.
"We are all in this together and have your back til the end, with whatever you need from us" she said as the others nodded in agreement. Sir Pentious wasn't sure what to say at the moment. On one hand he had expected something like this from Charlie, but at the same time it's a lot different feeling when your actually going through it and experiencing it, his eyes glazed over a little as the lump made it's way back into his throat. Not from sadness this time but from the overwhelming feelings of being loved and having A Family, a feeling that's been lost to him for many years.
"I..Thank you...All of you" he said softly with a smile on his face before a pat on his shoulder from Angel.
"I've got your back buddy, now. Let's do this thing" he said with a little smirk as Pentious nodded and grabbed onto the door handle before twisting it and pushing it open, but with his Family supporting him this time.
