This was requested by @ariel0226. I hope you like it! As always, I don't own the characters, Nickelodeon does.

Sometimes Phoebe thought back to the day her littlest sister was born. She remembered the chaos of the day, of the changes it brought to her life. She'd gotten her cape the same day she'd gotten her baby sister.

Chloe wasn't a baby anymore. Chloe was a fifth grader, who rebelled against the occasionally stifling parenting she received as the youngest. Chloe was a hero within her own right.

Phoebe brought her little sister along on missions that were dangerous and risky and she had completely faith in her sister's ability to protect both herself and the innocents she defended. Chloe always was a strong super hero, even as a baby. The strength of her powers was undeniable. The cleverness she had was amazing. Phoebe could never once say that she had ever been in a position where she could truly doubt her baby sister.

Phoebe remembered, at times, how much she worried though. Chloe had been a little girl when her eldest siblings had made the Z-Force into the T-Force. She had been a young, young child, hardly two technically, and at the biological age of roughly six or seven due to her hero aging.

Phoebe and Max had always worried that she would be injured in the middle of a mission. After all, she hadn't gotten her cape yet, and she had been so young when they started.

Yet Chloe never seemed to disappoint. Max had always laughed and teased Phoebe for her concerns. He tried to hide his own, she knew, and would send him annoyed looks to cover the fact that she knew what he was doing, if only to make him feel better.

Chloe wasn't a little girl anymore. She'd grown into a remarkable young hero, set to do even better than the Thunder Twins one day, when she was an independent hero. Phoebe wasn't foolish, she knew that, one day, Chloe would want to strike it out on her own, without her hovering parents and older siblings, without the T-Force.

It wasn't a bad thing, though the thought made Phoebe yearn for the days when Chloe was a little girl again. But she knew Chloe would do good things, save the world, be a true hero, beyond even the amazing standards of the Thundermans. And Phoebe couldn't wait to see what her little sister was capable of as she got older. Phoebe Thunderman would always support her youngest sister. Always.

...................................................................

Max Thunderman was always good, thank you. The villain thing was a phase, he'd always said as much, of course, but nobody had ever believed him. Not his twin, not his parents, not Billy and not Nora.....

Okay, maybe everyone else had claimed it was a phase and he'd denied it....for years, but that wasn't the point!

The point was, Chloe Thunderman, the youngest, most innocent, and sweetest of the family, had always believed in him. She'd never cared if he was good or if he was evil. She'd just wanted him to be happy. And.....hurting her had scared him. He'd never wanted that. Seeing her heart broken face when he'd almost betrayed his family to Dark Mayhem.....it was what made him start to rethink.

He'd never admit it, but yeah, Phoebe was what made him switch over. He loved his sister, she was his best friend, his twin, half of his world. Sue him, whatever.

Chloe was always the best out of all of them. When she believed in someone, she really believed, no matter how much they proved to be the wrong person to bet on. Max would know.

His sister never once doubted that he loved her. Never once questioned his intentions. Never once wondered if his morals really were set to villainous. Never.
