This was requested by @ChloeThundermanFan on AO3. I hope you like it and sorry it took me so long to write. I hope you don't mind that I had to combine both of your requests into one to get a long enough story. As always, I don't own the characters. Happy reading loves!
It had been an ordinary evening in the Thunderman household. Max and Phoebe had returned from hanging out with their friends all day, Billy and Nora had been home from high school for about an hour or so doing homework, Barb was beginning dinner, Hank was watching TV, Colosso and Balfour were causing mischief across the house and Chloe was due back from the skate park at any moment.
Max sat with Phoebe, the twins quietly playing a game of cards to pass the time.
Phoebe happened to glance up at the clock and paused, despite it being her turn. "Max, what time was Chloe supposed to be home again?"
Max frowned at his cards, brown eyes barely lifting to look at his sister before returning to his hand. "I thought she said around six, why?"
"It's quarter to seven now. She was due home almost an hour ago."
Max looked up fully, meeting her gaze evenly. "You think something's wrong?"
Phoebe's Thundersense, while somewhat unpredictable, was the strongest of the family, and one of the strongest ones that had been activated in three generations. If she thought something was wrong, her instincts were normally right.
Phoebe frowned. "I think so. I don't know what but..."
"Your stomach is in knots and you're worried." Max finished, a deep frown marring his face. "I can tell. I feel it over the bond."
Phoebe winced, muttering an apology as she attempted to dial back her anxiety. Their twin bond, a result of their shared twin power, had been getting stronger as they got better at working together, but often times the strength of their bond was a hindrance. They both felt their emotions far too strongly but neither were particularly fond of discussing their feelings with one another. It led to them both knowing how the other felt but both feeling too nervous to talk it over. They were a better team, but it made for some awkward moments when they felt each other's emotions and wanted to be left alone.
Max hesitantly rested a hand over her shoulder, their card game forgotten, as he glanced at the clock himself to confirm the time.
"6:50. Not great." He muttered, gently pulling Phoebe from her seat across from him until she rested by his side.
As subtly as he could, he rested a hand across her pulse, a silent indication of her anxiety being too strong. His eyes flickered to their mother, questioning if they should alert her.
Phoebe dipped her head in a nod, biting her lower lip in worry.
"Mom, what time was Chloe supposed to come home?" Max called, easing into the conversation.
"At 6, sweetie, why?" Barb replied, pulling out some plates for dinner.
"It's 6:50 right now, Mom." Phoebe answered, glancing at clock again then back to her mother.
Barb pauses, a frown marring her normally relaxed face. "I'll try calling her. I wouldn't worry though, she's 11 and has newly discovered freedoms. She's bound to push her limits a little to find where they end."

Chloe never answers. The rest of the family immediately runs out, dinner forgotten, and tries to track her down. When looking for her fails, they turn to a literal tracker that Barb and Hank had gotten for all the kids when they first joined the T-Force and Chloe, Nora and Billy were all under fifteen. The tracker leads them out of Hiddenville.
