Erica came into her and locked the door putting a hand on her chest she tried to calm her ranged breath....what just happened?? She thought... it's not the first time she got this close to a man , she has danced with Anay in much closer proximity before...but the way her body reacted has never happened before...

At Erica's House
Erica was sitting in her room with her mother and diva....
"Erica beta are you upset with us?" Her mom asked.
"No mumma!!!! Why do you think so??? In fact I should ask you whether you guys forgive me for the embarrassment I caused!!!" Erica said in haste.
"Beta we didn't even call you after marriage even your pagphera rasam was not done according to the custom... actually beta after a week of your marriage your dad had a minor attack!! She said in slow voice.
"What??? And you didn't tell me!!" Erica said being shocked
"Actually beta your father didn't want to bother you that time we admitted him in the hospital..me and diva was so tensed we didn't know what to do so diva contacted Kabir ...he immediately came beta he helped as alot during that time." Her mother said
"And you know di , papa wanted to get me married after his discharge itself because he thought what would happen to me if something goes wrong...he was planning to stop my studies but jiju convinced him and I got spared" diva said releasing a breath of calm
Erica was so shocked , so much has occurred in the last few months and she knew nothing about it...she couldn't believe Kabir helped his family and that too without informing her!!! She was lost in thoughts when her mother said.
"I know he doesn't talk much but he is a gem beta" her mother said with a small smile.
"Yes di!!! You know what when I said thank you to him for saving me all he said Hmm.." diva said enacting his expression with laughing a little.
Erica just listened to everything, "what are you Kabir??" She thought .

Kabir and Erica sat on the dinning table with everyone ...her mother served food ...there was so much on the table but nothing like what Kabir eats ..it was typical Punjabi lunch!!!Erica was thinking will Kabir eat it ..when she saw him taking a bite ...he took a morsel and got paused for a second but then chew it completely...from his expression Erica understood something is wrong she took a bite herself..it was fine , the salt , taste , everything !!!but it was slight spicy... because they all eat little spicy at her home ....she understood the issue!!!
"How's it beta???" Erica's mother asked Kabir
"Gulping a little Kabir said it's good!" With a small smile ....He ate everything!!!
After the lunch the bade good byee to everyone and sat in the car!
Kabir was fastening the seat belt , Erica looked at him ..his lips were red because the food was too spicy for him...he was releasing breath from his mouth because of the irritation...
Erica forwarded him a chocolate he looked towards her and denied , Erica took a bite of chocolate and shoved it in his mouth seeing his resistance...Kabir got startled by this he looked at Erica with shock but the chocolate did calm his mouth so he slowly started chewing it ..and Erica broke into loud laughter after seeing this....after months she was laughing like this...she tried to calm herself by putting a hand on her mouth ...but she couldn't stop ....Kabir looked away from her by releasing a sigh ...but in between Erica saw a little smile on his face which he curbed instantly.

Anay didn't see Erica from the morning he asked smriti about it she told him about their lunch at Erica's place.
Anay felt annoyed listening to this Erica was not giving him a chance to clarify and she is giving all her to Kabir!!! He thought

After coming back ,Erica got a call from her mother.
"Erica beta, you both reached!" She said
"Yes mumma!!! Everything is fine " Erica
" Erica are you happy na beta!!!" Her asked slowly.
"Yes mumma ...why are you asking this again." She said
"Beta I wanted to say something to you but because of diva i didn't!!! I know Erica your marriage happened in very difficult circumstances but I want you to give this marriage a chance....kabir is very nice guy beta ...he is not like Anay , I heard he came back to his house...Erica my baby you are a married woman now ...you have a certain responsibility....give this marriage a fair chance beta and please don't trap yourself in the past...Anay should never come between you and Kabir ...he is a thing of past beta...I hope you understand!! She said
Erica listened to everything quietly and said " I understand your point mumma" she looked at the balcony where Kabir was talking to someone on the call.
"I will give this marriage a chance" she said , she had tear in her eyes but her voice was firm.
" Take care beta" her mother cut the call.
Erica was still looking at Kabir "and what about him mumma , will he give this marriage a chance?" She said to herself. The thought of being imposed on him clouding her mind.
