Next day after office kabir came back home .... everything was exactly like it was before Erica came in his life....quite and alone..... nobody was waiting for him....the vaccum in his room can certainly be felt... Kabir worked the whole night in order to divert his mind to because he wasn't able to sleep....
One week passed just like that...Kabir was getting restless....his couldn't focus on his work ...he seemed lost .... his time mostly spent in his penthouse like earlier because there was no motive to go back home....when he went abroad without informing Erica ....there was excitement somewhere to go back home and see her reaction!!! And now when she is not there is no point in going back home!!!

Kabir was in a meeting....saurav was doing the presentation...Kabir was tapping his his fingers on the table ...he was not interested at all.... suddenly he stood up..
"You people please carry on" he said and went....
Kabir came outside he called Erica.... it's too much now!!!
The phone was ringing but she didn't pick ..... Kabir's temper rose ...how can she not pick up his call.he called again.
And this time she picked up!!!
" Hello" a very low voice came from her side
"Hello???Erica!!!"
"Aaaa....how are you???" He asked contemplating what to say!
"I want to talk to you Kabir." She said
" Yes ...of course...say na!!! " He said
"I'll come tomorrow...then we will talk" Erica said and ended the call.
Kabir became happy.... tommorow he will talk to her and make her understand everything....and this problem will end he thought.

Kabir was working in his cabin....when a knock happened....he looked up and saw Erica entering in his cabin....
"Saurav I'll talk to you later!" Kabir said his eyes were completely on Erica who didn't look to him till now.....
Saurav nodded and went away....
Kabir expected Erica to come home , she came here instead...but anyways she is here infornt of him...she was in a simple kurti but she looked alluring.
She came and sat infront of him..still not looking at him ....Kabir was just lost in looking at her....as she sat in front of him Kabir released a breath he didn't know he was holding.....erica was near him exactly where she should be..... he was lost in thoughts till someone offered a hand for handshake.
"Hello Mr. Randhawa....I am Sudeep Sen...nice to meet you"
Kabir was so lost in Erica that he didn't acknowledge that a man in his 40s also entered behind her in his chamber.
Kabir looked at him in confusion but still he shook his hand!!! The man also sat beside Erica . Erica was looking at ground.
" Who are you???" Kabir asked moving his eyes from Erica.
"Mr. Randhawa I will represent her side." Sudeep sen said.
"What side???" Kabir said getting impatient his voice came annoyed .
"At the court for your divorce " sudeep said casually .
Kabir turned his head towards Erica who was still not looking at him... whatever softness he had in his eyes since she came replaced with a sheer anger ...his whole aura change...how dare she. He thought
"Will you please go outside I have to talk to my wife!!!" His voice was so intimidating that Erica gulped in nervousness but she didn't look to him.
"Mr. Randhawa we can go for mutu..." His voice cut in between
"I said get out right now" he growled so loudly that even the lawyer was taken a back...
Sudeep looked towards Erica ...she nodded him to leave. So he went leaving them both alone.
Kabir got up from his seat and came to Erica ...she was seated on her chair ....still not looking up....he pulled her from the arm and made her stand up before him...
" What do you think you are doing!!" He said shouting.
Erica pulled her arm from his grip " I want divorce from you and that's final" she said looking his eyes .
"Ohhh really???? And What made you think I will agree to this" he said pulling her to his chest again...he locked her waist in his arm...his tone was adamant
"Look Kabir...you got everything you wanted...you got the position you wanted, you got my dad's land and you also used me as per your wish...so nothing is left in this marriage to drag ...so please have mercy and leave me!!!" She said while trying to remove herself from his hold...her tears were pooling but she had decided , she will not waste her tears on him.
"Erica no!!!! I have nothing to do with your father's land...I had no say in that... whatever happened was between your father and my dad ...I didn't do anything." He said trying to explain himself...he can't take one more blame on him.
Kabir grip loosed while giving clarification and Erica took a step back Making distance between him....
"Erica listen i...." Kabir took a step towards him he forwarded his hand to tuck her hair that came on her face due to her wiggling.
"Don't.... don't try to touch me I said!!!" Erica said warning him...."you have already used me enough I have nothing left for your entertainment " Erica said and a lone tear fall from her eyes.
Kabir pulled her by waist she collided to his chest again..."what use han??? What use!!!! What entertainment????what you think of me!!!! Did I force myself on you....did I voileted you in anyways!!! You are my wife I have the right to touch you!" Kabir said in a angred voice the way Erica is accusing her is out of his hand now.
" You don't regret anything right!!! Erica pushed his chest in disgust
"You know what kabir...you are impossible...I don't want to say anything you...I have suffered enough of your nonsense....for my my parents I forgave you many times before....but now i don't care...I will leave this city if they have problem...I will live alone on my own ..but I won't live with you....I know all you care about is your image... that's why you are denying this divorce but trust me ...free me from this cage and I will go far away you...I won't tarnish your image." Erica said tear were falling her nose was red but she was looking at him directly with all the courage she has in her.
