Kabir and Erica reached to the ancestoral worshiping place....it was situated quite far from the city......they performed the puja and rituals then Kabir drove back for home....Erica and Kabir didn't talk the whole ride .....Kabir wanted to initiate a conversation but Erica didn't give any lift....after an hour of driving Kabir's car got broke and the machanic said...it will take time to fix it....it was already evening so he suggested they should look for any resort around for sometime and once the car gets repaired...he will call them!!!!
Kabir and Erica went to a near by resort....it was a beautiful place on the outskirts of the city....they were booking a room
"Hey...Kabir" a voice came from background
Kabir turned and saw samaira...he curtly smiled but she initiated a small hug ...Kabir didn't like it but ignored.
"How are you here Kabir" she asked
"Just for some work how about you!!!!" He asked professionally...
"I am here for a land deal." She said slowly side eye looking Erica.
"Ohh...samaira meet my wife Erica ....and Erica she is smaira our business associate....
"And also his batch match from college" samaira said cuting him in between.
"Hello" Erica said with a polite smile.
Kabir's phone rang so he excused himself... leaving Erica and samaira alone
Samaira checked Erica from head to toe...Erica got nervous with her ways
"So you are Anay's ex girlfriend???" She said in a mocking tone
"Excuse me!!!!" Erica said being offended
"Ohhh.... don't act innocent...I know about you ...Kabir told me how he was forced to marry you." She said
Erica got taken aback she didn't know what to say.
"You know !!!!! I and Kabir are very close friends...he shares everything with me.....poor Kabir !!!! He is regretting this marriage so much ..and who wouldn't.... I mean being Anay's ex is more than enough reason for it right!!!!! but because of reputation he kind of bearing it. She said rolling her eyes
Tears came into Erica eyes...Kabir said all this to her.
"Actually you know what Kabir is very allergic to middle class people like you ....he prefers his class...but now he got you!!" So sad!!!! Samaira said making a unimpressed expression
"I know you must be very happy !!! I mean you were getting married to Anay and just like a jackpot you got The Kabir randhawa.... It's obvious!!!!! but sadly you only has his name....like a trophy wife!!!! He doesn't feel anything for you !!!!! I mean.... don't get me wrong but think yourself , how I got to know these details.. , it's not like I was spying on What was happening in his life, right???....he himself told me all this !!!!
But trust me being a girl I actually feel very sad for you !!!! She said putting her hand on hers with a pity face !!!
Erica's heart was broken into pieces...she felt like she will fall on the ground ....no words came from her mouth!!!!
Suddenly kabir came back....samaira acknowledge him like nothing happened..
Kabir wanted to take a leave from samaira but
"Kabir if you don't mind ..I am here for few more hours ...we can discuss our project in the lounge here!" Samaira said
Kabir thought what he would do in the room so he nodded!!!!
Kabir asked the room service to show Erica the room and he went with her ...when they were going samaira said something and Kabir smiled....Erica watched them leaving....Kabir didn't even tell her that he is going with her!!!! he just went with her ...Erica saw his smile ...he never smiled to her .

After an hour and so Kabir came back to his room....he opened the door and found all the lights off....he switched on the lights and saw Erica was standing near the balcony watching outside in the moonlight!!!! She didn't turn even after his arrival...Kabir took his coat off...and while folding his sleeves he went near her!!!!
"Why are standing here in the dark? He asked
She didn't reply
"Erica????" He turned her by holding her hand!!!
He saw her face was red like she was crying for hours ....her eyes held painful expression.
"Erica what happened...???? Why are you crying....is everything alright????
She didn't say anything and tried to remove her hand from her grip!!!
"Erica tell me what's wrong baby ....has anyone said something to you...tell me please!!!" He said trying wipe her tears!!!
She pushed him back...
"Don't come close to me.!!!! She shouted
"Why are acting so concerned han!!!!! Don't you find me disgusting now....and who is forcing you now for this??? She said wiping her tears!!!
"Ericaaa!!!! What suddenly has gotten into you??? Why are you shouting???" He said in a soft voice just like trying to calm down a kid.
And Erica's just broke down even more...
"You are hurting me Kabir...you are hurting me beyond measures....I have started hating Myself...I feel like I am a burden, an unpure thing....I am disgusted by my ownself Kabir and it's all because of you....all because of you!!! She said crying hysterically.
Please leave me kabir.... You think I am not worthy for you right!!!! So please divorce me... I beg you!!!! I can't live like this Kabir ..this questioning eyes of yours Kabir ...they are eating me!!! I am not your standard right...so get rid off me please and find someone of your choice!!!! She said in her cracking voice and with a sob she continued
"Everybody says you are a powerful man , nobody can force you for anything...then why am I forced on you Kabir ....why ????? I know you think I was....I was.... sleeping around with Anay and it doesn't matter how much I try to make you understand that there was nothing like that you are not going to trust me....and it hurts Kabir...it hurts ... whatever you say it affects me ....your accusing eyes kill me Kabir... please I beg you leave me Kabir.. please " Erica pleaded him by joining her hands!!!
Kabir removed her joint hand and put his both hands on her cheeks wiping tears with him thumb..."Erica did samaira said something???" He asked looking directly in her eyes .
Erica eyes were full of tears...she looked at him for few seconds as if convaying what hurt she caused but then she turned her head side not answering his question!!!!
"You are my wife Erica , nothing in this world can separate you from me . And if samaira has said anything to you ....then trust me I won't leave her!!!!" He said in a strong note
"Why would she say something....is it not you feel about me." Erica asked trying to remove her face from his hands
"And how do you know what I feel about you" he said leaning toward her a little!!!!! His grip on her tightened!!!
