TOON FOX

The Toon Fox family & The Demon Trio

It was a beautiful morning in the world of Toons, as the sun shines on a house that belonged to a family of Toon foxes and rabbits. The son of the family was a Toon fox with a rainbow bow tie named Tommy D Fox (voiced by Tara Strong), while the daughter of the family, who was a blue rabbit girl in a red sleeveless dress, was named Melody D Rabbit (voiced by Nancy Cartwright). The parents was a father Toon fox named Roger D Fox (voiced by Chris Pratt), and the mother was a dark blue furred rabbit named Lyric D Rabbit (voiced by Veronica Taylor). Right now, the family was eating some waffles for breakfast, and Tommy was writing and reading a little super hero comic that had an image of a young Toon Fox super hero. Tommy: "Hmm... what should my super hero's origin issue be like..." Melody: "Origin issue?" Tommy: "Yeah, it's like the story about how a hero became the hero he or she is today." Roger: "Um... what hero?" Tommy: "Why the Toon Fox of course." Roger: "Uh... not sure how you know anything about him..." Lyric: "I kinda told Tommy about the Toon Fox, as he did saved me a few times in the past." Roger: "Oh... right... I guess that would make sense..." Tommy: "I want to make a comic book about him... but I can't figure out what his origin would be like..." Roger: "Well you can't make him an alien that's the last of his kind after his home planet got blown up... or to make a vow on making criminals pay for killing his parents..." Tommy: "Yeah, those are the origins of Superman or Batman... do you know Toon Fox?" Roger: "Um... you could say that..." Melody: "What happened to him?" Roger: "What do you mean?" Melody: "Well mama said the Toon Fox disappeared over 10 years ago... sometime before my big brother was born." Roger: "Oh... he probably retired and started a family life... that's what I would do." Lyric: "I guess that would make sense, being a superhero can be dangerous work." Roger: "Yeah, it sure can be." Tommy: "Uh... you make it sound like you knew from experience..." Roger: "I do?" Melody: "Yeah..." Roger: "Um... well..." suddenly, the sound of someone knocking on the door was heard, which surprised the group as they weren't expecting any company. When Lyric opened the door, she saw a trio of what looked like dragons with pitch forks. The first one in red was ScreamClaw (voiced by Mark Hamill), the second in blue was ThunderSmacker (voiced by Jim Cummings), and the last one in black was SpaceWarp (voiced by Frank Welker), and together they were known as the Demon trio. ScreamClaw: "Good morning ma'am, is the one called Roger D Fox home?" Lyric: "Uh... yes he is... but who are you?" ThunderSmacker: "Oh us?, we're some old business partners of his." SpaceWarp: "Y-y-yeah... what he said..." ScreamClaw: "Now if you don't mind... we would to see him." Lyric: "Well he's having breakfast at the moment, so now might not be a good time to talk to him, you'll just have to wait until..." before Lyric could finish, ScreamClaw grabs her by the shirt, looking like he was losing his patience. ScreamClaw: "Now see here lady, we've waited for 20 years already!, so either you let us in now or..." Roger: "Let her go!" shouted Roger, glaring at the red demon dragon, who finally lets Lyric go from his grasp. ScreamClaw: "Hello Roger... or should I say... Toon Fox." said ScreamClaw, which really surprised Lyric and the kids. Tommy: "What did he just call dad?" Melody: "He called him Toon Fox... but why?" Roger: "It's a long story... but the question is... what are you three doing here?" ThunderSmacker: "To collect the debt you owed us for the last 20 years... today is the date line when you have to pay." Roger: "Really?" SpaceWarp: "Y-y-yeah... it is..." ScreamClaw: "Now Roger... don't tell us that you've forgotten our little deal all those years ago... the one where we give you those rubber powers of yours that made you the Toon Fox in the first place." Roger: "Alright fine... you can have them... but what do you need the bottom of my shoes for?" ScreamClaw: "Wait... you seriously thought that we wanted the bottom of your shoes?!, you stupid fox!, it was your soul!, the spiritual kind!, not the shoe kind!" Roger: "My... spiritual soul?!" ThunderSmacker: "Well of course, we're Demon Dragons, and we collect souls." Roger: "Oh nuts!, I totally forgotten about that!" ScreamClaw: "Wow you're an idiot..." Roger: "Okay... maybe I am... but your deal was a dud, I lost my powers over 10 years ago." ThunderSmacker: "What are you talking about?" Roger: "I mean I don't have my powers anymore, that's part of the reason I retired as the Toon Fox." SpaceWarp: "B-b-but your powers couldn't just go away..." Roger: "Then what happened to them?, cause I don't have any clue on them." Tommy: "Dad... is it really true that... you're the Toon Fox?" asked Tommy, which made Roger froze up, worried how his family's gonna react to finding out the truth. Roger: "Well... yes... I was... but I retired some time before you or your sister were born... I lost my powers somehow and kept my hero identity a secret... I'm sorry that I didn't tell you..." Lyric: "Well that explains a lot about how you knew anything about Toon Fox..." Melody: "Wow... my daddy's the Toon Fox?!" Tommy: "So cool!" ScreamClaw: "Yeah, yeah, whatever, look let's just get back to topic, hand over your soul." Roger: "Can't we wait and talk this over?" ScreamClaw: "We've already waited for 20 years now!" Tommy: "Well you're not taking my daddy's soul!" shouted Tommy, before ScreamClaw grabs him by the legs, and that's when Tommy's legs started to stretch down like they were made out of rubber, much to the shock of everyone around the little fox, who too was surprised by this. Tommy: "Uh... what's going on?" ThunderSmacker: "What the heck?!, the little brat's stretchy!" ScreamClaw: "I see... when Roger grew up, his powers went dormant as they were meant for Toon children... and the genes carrying the powers got transferred into this little brat and have only just awakened now... which means only one thing... this boy's soul is the one we shall take." Tommy: "Wha...?!" Roger: "No!, not my son!, I've give you anything!, just don't take my son!, please!" ScreamClaw: "Too late Roger... this boy has the powers we gave you, meaning he's the one who owes us his soul now." said ScreamClaw, before he screamed out in pain as Melody stomped her foot on his own, allowing Tommy to be free and tries to run and hide behind his mother. Melody: "Leave my brother alone!, you big bully!" ScreamClaw: "Ah!, you little brat!, you'll pay for that!" shouted ScreamClaw in anger, attempting to attack Melody with his claws, only for Roger to punch him in the stomach. Roger: "Get away from my daughter!" shouted Roger, trying to protect his daughter from the angry demon dragons. ThunderSmacker: "You shouldn't have done that... now you're gonna pay..." said ThunderSmacker, as he gets ready to attack Roger with his pitch fork. Unable to bare seeing his dad in danger, Tommy wanted to protect him, then when he realized that he has his dad's old powers now, he decided to try using them to fight back, and then shouted three words that his father used to say when he calls out his most common attack. Tommy: "Toon... Toon... Pistol!" called out Tommy, before he stretches his arm back and sends it flying forward to punch the Demon trio in the chest, sending them flying into a nearby tree. Melody: "Whoa..." Lyric: "That attack..." Roger: "Just like how I did it..." said Roger in awe, before the Demon trio got up and let out an angry snarl. ScreamClaw: "Why you little brat!, I'll turn you into a sheesh kabob!" shouted ScreamClaw, before he charges towards Tommy, who then finds the water hose and points it at the Demon trio, who stopped and looked scared. ThunderSmacker: "Whoa there!, let's put the water hose down and talk this over..." Tommy: "Huh?, but this is just a water hose." SpaceWarp: "Y-y-yeah... but we demon dragons are weak to w-w-water..." ScreamClaw: "Don't tell him that!" Tommy: "Really?...[making an evil smile] in that case... have a nice cold bath." said Tommy, before he fires water from the hose at the Demon trio, who screamed in pain as water got on them and steam came out of their bodies. ThunderSmacker: "Ahh!, the cold!" SpaceWarp: "The p-p-pain!" ScreamClaw: "Demons!, retreat for now!, retreat!" shouted ScreamClaw, before he and the other demons make a run for it, leaving Tommy and his family alone for now. Lyric and Melody ran over to Tommy, hugging him for dear life. Lyric: "My baby... are you alright?" Tommy: "I'm fine... but man... I can't believe that... I was able to save the day..." Roger: "I know... you were really something... you managed to throw the Toon Toon Pistol attack just like how I did when I was the Toon Fox." Lyric: "Yeah... it was amazing..." Tommy: "Really?" Roger: "Yeah... and I think it's time I tell you more about the moves I used to have..." Tommy: "You mean?" Roger: "Yeah... I'm gonna teach ya on becoming the next Toon Fox." Lyric: "Honey... are you sure?" Roger: "I don't think we have a choice... with Tommy having my powers, he needs to know how to control them... and it should help him on protecting himself from the Demon trio... as I highly doubt that we've seen the last of them..." said Roger, while Lyric looked down with concern, knowing that what he said was true, the Demon trio will come back and get Tommy's soul. Lyric: "You're right... but we must keep this a secret... for Tommy's sake..." Roger: "Yes... but don't worry, I won't keep any secrets of my past from you or the kids, I promise." Lyric: "Good to hear..." Melody: "So... does this mean I have special powers too?" Roger: "I don't know... it looked like my powers got transferred to Tommy only... and I don't think those powers are fitting for you." Melody: "Yeah... I think you're right..." Tommy: "Well... I don't know about you... but I think I got the perfect origin story for my Toon Fox comic..." said Tommy, which made everyone laugh.
