"Luca..!"

The moment they had reunited again, Lucien rushed into her big brother's arms. Luca clutched her so close, delicately rubbing her back.

Luca, Leon and (Y/N) had just returned from Leon's house.

"Are you okay..?" Luca whispered, brushing his fingers through her hair. "I'm so sorry..."

"I'm okay." Lucien sucked in a harsh breath. She pulled away from the hug, immediately rushing to (Y/N). "Are you hurt?" (Y/N) shook her head as Lucien held her gently, immediately wrapping her arms around her.

"I'm all good now," (Y/N) whispered.

August glanced at Leon. Leon was still a little out of it, though, he could muster a small smile at August. August rolled his eyes, folding his arms.

"You have a lot of explaining to do," August muttered to him quietly.

Leon heaved a sigh, looking away. "Yeah yeah. Later."

(Y/N) looked over to the door when there was quite a desperate knock against it. She was about to go to get it, but Luca immediately stopped her.

"It's not safe for you to do this right now," Luca spoke gently. (Y/N) swallowed as she nodded. She hid behind her father's back as he went to open it. Her eyes widened slightly.

"(Y/N)!!!" she heard two very worried exclamations. Luca stepped back when her friends rushed into the house, tugging her into a tight hug.

"We heard about what happened!! We were so worried!" Jean exclaimed.

"Are you okay?" Kaeya asked, a frown on his face. "Your neck is hurt..."

Luca glanced over at everyone else in the living room. There was suddenly a lot of people in his house very quickly...

"I-I'm okay," (Y/N) mumbled, attempting a smile to reassure them. "I still don't really understand what happened..."

"I questioned them," Jean stated. "They said... they need," Jean looked over to the woman in the living room, "Miss Lucien back..."

Luca rubbed his forehead. Lucien pursed her lips, stepping back.

"I should go back, Luca," Lucien mumbled tearfully. "I never want to put (Y/N) in danger again... Who knows what would've happened if we didn't hear her..?"

Luca shook his head. "We'll figure something out. First, I, um...."

His breath shook. Leon immediately noticed how overwhelmed he seemed.

"Why don't we all sit..?" Leon suggested. "It's helpful to have Knights here too. We can work something out together."

(Y/N) didn't realise it but, her heart was pounding. She was so confused about all of this. Who was her father's uncle, and what did he want with her auntie? And why... why were those people trying to hurt... (Y/N)?

Was her family in Fontaine... really this aggressive..? She really thought they... wouldn't be so bad anymore...

(Y/N)'s lips pursed when she felt a familiar hand slip into hers. Who knew she would be seeing Kaeya again today so soon..?

"You kids sit on the sofa," Luca murmured. "I have a lot to tell you, (Y/N). I hope that this will help in your investigation too, Jean."

The three friends exchanged worried glances, before doing as they were told. Lucien and August sat on the other sofa, while Leon sat at a chair. Luca leant against the table, his eyes narrow.
