Love Life (Short)

(Take place before volume 3)

In the morning, Team RWBY were in their dorm room, Blake was reading a book on her bed while Yang was sleeping on her bed with Coda. Weiss was in the bathroom doing her hair while Ruby was trying to convince Weiss on a play for the day.

Ruby: Weiss! I don't see why you wouldn't want to go on a double date with me and Keith, you're already going with Alaska!

Weiss: Ruby, the restaurant we're going to is highly respected and I don't you'll be up to dress code.

Ruby: Well I can try to fit the description of the ideal customer and I'm sure Keith knows too, he's well... Professional!

Weiss rolls her eyes as she ties her ponytail, she walks out the bathroom with a huff exiting her lips.

Weiss: No means No ruby, now how about you go do something else? I'm sure there's other things in vale to do with Keith.

Ruby: I know but I also wanna hang out with you!

Ruby follows Weiss out the bathroom and looks at her sister and faunus teammate.

Ruby: Ooo! What if we all go on a date! Like a uhh Quadruple Date!

Weiss looks over at Yang slobbering as she buried her self into coda's chest and then at Blake who was reading book while instinctively liking her hand like a cat.

Weiss: Definitely not

Weiss cringes as she walks over to her bed and grabs her purse. She puts on some quick touches of makeup before walking to the door and turning back.

Weiss: Ruby I expect you as leader to remind Yang she has laundry duty and that Blake needs to dust around the place.

Ruby salutes whilst standing up straight. Weiss sighs before opening the door.

Weiss: I'll be back by curfew

Ruby nods as she watches Weiss leaves the dorm, she sighs and slumps down.

Blake: You know if Weiss had agreed to the Quadruple date Adam wouldn't be able to do it.

Ruby: Why?

Blake: Well he's not really into double dates ever since the INCIDENT with Yang and Coda on the last one we went on

Ruby tilts her head

Ruby: What happened on the last one?

*Flashback*

Old Man shop keep kicks out Blake, Adam, Coda and Yang from a movie theater, quite literally KICKING out Yang and Coda while pointing at a sign on the ticket booth that read  "NO LOUD SMOOCHING" and "ALL CLOTHES MUST STAY ON" Blake and Adam walked out the door unscathed with disappointed looks on their faces.

Blake: Really Yang in the back row!

Yang: What it's a romance movie!?

Adam: Yang, your hand was on his "you know"

Coda: AND!? just a little bit of touching, all couples do it?

Adam pinches the bridge of his nose and shakes his head in disappointment.

Adam: YOUR FUCKING PANTS WERE OFF!!

Coda: And why were you looking? you gay or something?

Adam: Maybe I was concerned on why you were saying "Oh yeah Yang, your a dirty girl"

Coda: What else did you think that meant!?

Adam: Something other than your dick in her hand and you guys didn't even make it subtle!

Suddenly old man shop keep tosses out coda's flame designed boxers at coda's face with a loud smack, he could heard cursing him under his breath. Adam once shakes his head in disappointment.

Adam: Keep in your pants next time Hellrain..

Adam begins walking away with Blake following close behind.

*Present*

Ruby: Ooo, that sounded bad...

Blake: After that they were banned from TWO more movie theaters for the same thing...

Ruby: But what's wrong with Yang holding coda's katana? Is it new or something cause I didn't know he had one?

Blake: What!? No! I meant katana as well you know his "thing"

Ruby: Oooooh, his "thing", why didn't you say so! I know what sex is! I'm not that incompetent!

Blake: What!? How did you learn about that!?

Ruby: My dad told me he said "When a mommy and daddy love each other very much-"

Blake raises her hand up to signal for her team leader to stop

Blake: Yeah I get the point...

Ruby: Yang gets herself into messes but it's nothing that bad really.

Blake: "That bad" ? Your lucky she isn't on a list somewhere...

Ruby: What kind of list?

Blake: On the- you know what nevermind

Blake tries to find something to end the conversation and she quickly finds the excuse.

Blake: how about you go find Keith and do something with him? And I'll go find Adam to leave the these two- yeah on second leaving these guys alone isn't very good...

Ruby: Why?

Blake: Ruby I thought you said you knew about- ugh nevermind just go

Blake points the door

Ruby: Okay!

She walks out into the hallway leaving blake to actually have to do her chores of dusting and cleaning up the dorm room.

*Timeskip*

Ruby happily walked over to Team Task's dorm and she finally made it, she knocked on the door and after few seconds the door swings open to a sleepy Keith with ruffled up hair.

Keith: What do you- Oh! Ruby, sorry the place is a mess, can you come back later?

Ruby: Do you not wanna see me?

Keith: What!? No it's just well, we had some of the guys over for game night they crashed the place then left, I couldn't sleep cause Trent's snoring then A left with Weiss and it's just really a mess right now.

Ruby: I.. Okay

Keith frowns a bit and looks back inside the dorm.

Keith: I mean my bed really isn't a mess and I think cuddling with my cute girlfriend really might help me get the sleep I need.

Ruby smiles and quickly nods her head, Keith opens the door and lets her in revealing the mess which was a little bit less then she expected, Keith laid on his bed and ruby quickly jumped in.

Ruby: This is better than any double, triple or quadruple date that we could have!

Keith: What?

Ruby: It's a looonngggg story

A/n: this one's been cooking in the vault for a while so I guess y'all can see it, anyway updates are gonna be for a bit, for the better half I'm fine mentally just not all here but progress takes time.
