The couple slept soundly last night, yet somehow, Hanni still got up late the next day. This was all thanks to a certain someone who decided to tempt fate last night by keeping her out in the cold wind for over ten minutes.

"Achoo!" Hanni quickly covered her nose with a tissue.

"It's all my fault," Minji said, her face full of concern as she noticed her wife's red nose, mentally cursing herself for hugging Hanni and keeping her outside for so long.

"This is nothing. I'll be good as new in a couple of days," Hanni assured her. "You should go to work."

I'd rather have a cold than be tossed around all night by you, Hanni thought, rubbing her sore back.

Minji glanced at the time. If she didn't leave now, she'd be late. She leaned in to kiss her wife goodbye, but Hanni quickly dodged her.

Minji looked at her wife, a little hurt.

Hanni sighed. "I have a cold. I don't want to pass it to you."

"That's fine," Minji replied, undeterred. Despite Hanni's reluctance, she gently kissed her wife anyway. "Give it to me so you'll get better faster."

"Are you serious? That's not how it works. If I pass it to you, then we'd both be miserable."

"That's okay too," Minji said with a small smile. "At least I wouldn't worry so much."

"Alright, that's enough," Hanni muttered, feeling her cheeks warm from Minji's affectionate teasing. She gave her wife a little push. "Go to work so you can come home early."

At noon, Hyein drove Minji to a coffee shop in Seoul's development zone. Pointing out a man sitting by the window, she said, "That's Lee Anton. He stops by here for coffee every day at noon."

Minji closed her document folder, checking her watch. "I'll be out in ten minutes."

"Yes, boss." Hyein nodded and drove off once Minji got out.

Minji entered the coffee shop, unbuttoning her suit jacket as she scanned the room. She walked up to Anton's table, seating herself directly without a word.

Anton, absorbed in his tablet, looked up in surprise, eyeing the stranger who had suddenly joined him. But as he met Minji's gaze, he felt an imposing air that made him feel uneasy. Setting his tablet aside, he asked cautiously, "Is there something you need?"

"Yes," Minji replied curtly.

Just then, a waiter approached their table. "Would you like a drink?"

"No, I won't be staying long," Minji replied.

The waiter nodded politely and walked away.

Still puzzled, Anton said, "I'm sorry, but I don't think we've met?"

Minji handed Anton a business card from her pocket.

Anton accepted it, his expression confused. But upon reading Kim Group President, his eyes widened, and he managed a polite smile. "Oh, President Kim! Garam speaks of you often. She even mentioned we should visit Kim Company sometime..."

Minji's face remained unreadable. "You'd best not. It's unlikely we'll see each other again."

Anton's expression faltered. Was this woman trying to break him and Garam up? "President Kim, is there a reason you disapprove of my relationship with Garam? I may only run a small business now, but we've had strong turnover projections this year, and we're planning to challenge the open market next fiscal quarter. If all goes well, we'll join the Third Board next year." He tried to defend himself, hoping to win Minji over. "All I ask is a chance to prove myself—"
