Minji used her chopsticks to pick up a dumpling, her eyes unblinking as she stared at the three people opposite her. She looked toward her wife, who had a round belly, and then at the two identical boys.

The older boy, Minjun, didn't seem to enjoy eating leeks. Every time he placed one in his mouth, his little face scrunched up, and only his mother's gaze made him swallow.

The other boy, Hanbin, ate everything but liked to act coquettish. Every couple of bites, he would turn toward his mother, asking for praise.

Recently, Hanni had been taking care of the two children by herself, as there was no other choice. It took a while to settle them down, and when she finally looked to the other end of the table, she found Minji in a daze. "Why aren't you eating?"

"Huh?" Minji snapped out of her thoughts and quickly swallowed a few dumplings after hearing her wife's question.

"What's wrong with you today?" Hanni asked. "Did I talk in my sleep and argue with you last night? Why didn't you wake me up?"

"Huh?" Minji absently nodded, then realized what her wife was saying. She hurriedly shook her head and explained, "No... I just didn't sleep well last night. You didn't do anything."

Hanni blinked, sensing something odd about her wife today. It felt like they had returned to the first few months of their marriage.

"Mom, don't talk to the big devil." Minjun saw his mother paying attention to the big devil and stealthily replaced a few of his leek dumplings with some egg-stuffed ones.

"Mom, didn't you say we're on the same side?" Hanbin chimed in.

"All right, all right, I'll ignore your mama," Hanni replied helplessly.

This was all Minji's fault, always saying their daughter would be a hundred times better than their sons. After Minjun and Hanbin overheard her, it had led to this mother-son feud.

"It's not mama, it's the big devil," Minjun corrected.

"Big devil," Hanbin mumbled, his cheeks bulging with food.

"All right. We don't care about the big devil." Hanni smiled softly at the two children, then gently wiped the corners of their mouths.

Even in this dream-like scenario, Minji couldn't help but feel emotional. These two boys were hers and Hanni's children. But even if they ignored her, she couldn't just let her wife do the same. She stretched out her hand and silently placed the leek dumplings Minjun had moved back onto his plate.

Minji looked at Minjun's horrified expression and said, "Don't be a picky eater."

Minjun turned to his mother with an aggrieved expression, but Hanni simply raised a brow and repeated, "Don't be a picky eater."

"Humph!" Minjun glared at the big devil, then frowned at his plate.

Minji then turned to her next target, Hanbin. "Don't talk while eating. Focus on your food, and don't move around."

Hanbin protested. "I won't."

"Hanbin." Hanni put down her chopsticks and turned to her son. "Listen to your mama."

Listen to mama? The words circled in Minji's head, and her heart filled with warmth.

"Are you just going to sit there?" Hanni asked, her mouth turning down slightly when she saw Minji wasn't eating.

"No, no..." Minji's usual stoic expression returned as she solemnly began eating her food.

"Mom, are you not going to want us anymore after you give birth to a little sister?" Hanbin suddenly asked.
