Thanks for... reading this. I would be lying if I said I did this all for the fans, but in the beginning, it was all for me. Ever since I was thirteen, I have loved reading "What if the main characters were overpowered" fics. I started reading Avatar the Last Air Bender, Naruto, and How to Train Your Dragon. I still remember the exact moment I got the idea for this story, I was reading Darkness of Dragons and Godzilla's theme in king of the monsters started playing on my phone. It was actually a coin toss between httyd and WoF on the story I was going to write, I had a plan for both of them but I was more in the mood for WoF. AND WHAT A CRAZY TIME IT HAS BEEN!
Lets get into the important stuff for right now... the sequel for this story will be out SOON. Prepare yourself for in what's my opinion, probably going to be the best writing I will ever do. It's been over five years in the making and planning, taking inspiration of a multitude of fics, songs, and events that I have experienced in irl.
Now back to what I was talking about at first. If you had told me the moment I started writing this fic the adventure it would take me on, I would never believe you... all the people I have met, the influence on the community I would have became, the new found friends... the annoying friends... you know who you are. and most importantly, the stuff I have learned. I just want to say thank you, I want to give a small list to all the people who were huge impacts on this story and reviewed consistently.

Thank you for being there. The last thing that I NEED to do is give credit where it's due. My greatest inspiration to write was a couple certain fics that I beg you to read.
Please go read "Brothers of Night" by toothlessgolfer. If this wouldn't have been a fic and just a stand alone story, I would guarantee you it would be the best dragon story ever written.
And the last one is "Dragons Change" by AdmiralCole22. It is probably the most unique I have ever seen Winter written that wasn't crazy OC.
