I hear the front door so I'm guessing it's Ms. Lauren. I hear her coming up to the kitchen floor she probably hears the microwave "Girls??!?!" Yep just as I guessed.

"yes, it's just me up here."

"Oh ok hey Xolani," she said coming around the corner.

"what are you doing sweetie"

"I'm just heating up my food from earlier I didn't eat it as I wasn't hungry at that moment"

"Oh ok, where's my daughter?"

"in her room sleeping she's only been asleep 30 mins"

"Okay can you do me a favor tho whenever you finish your food just wake her up to shower cs she won't wake back up to do it if you don't"

"ok no problem"

"oh xo?"

"yes." I was getting nervous because I knew she was about to ask me something but I didn't know what.

"uhm... How are you and Gisellana now? She had told me y'all had a little disagreement last week."

As much as I was still mad at her from earlier I still had to pretend we were fine. "oh we're good we were just on different pages about something. I wasn't mad at her though" After saying that I realized that did not sound very convincing so I knew another question had to be coming.

"But you're upset with her today. Don't lie I hear it all in your voice."

"uhm just a little she just made something out of nothing when we were at the mall which aggravated me a little, but it's fine now."

"if you don't mind me asking what'd she accuse you of?"

OH MY FUCKI- tf am I supposed to say..... your daughter thought I was talking to another girl in front of her?

"well we were in the mall and she went into Sephora but I waited outside it's too many smells at once in there. while I was on my phone waiting for her this girl said my name so I looked up and it was one of my friends that I hung out with during the summer,7mer but we don't really keep in contact because I know her because of my other friend and we became friends but just never exchanged info. So we were talking for a bit the Gisellana came out and I told her to give me a second so I could wrap up our convo 5 mins passed by after getting her Instagram so this summer we could hang out. then I said bye and walked back over to Gisellana and she asked who it was and I was like oh nb just a friend of a friend then she's like so why didn't you introduce me to her and I was just like that'd be weird since you'd never see her again and she got upset and was like you literally don't have any friends and a whole bunch of nonsense so then I told her don't talk to me the rest of the day."

why did I just tell her all of that...

"oh, so that's why she's sleeping."

"what do you mean?"

"she only takes naps when she's stressed or annoyed about something"

"Oh."

"yall friendship is really different compared to her others she cares a lot about how she makes you feel. i don't know you sure yall are not more than friends"

OH FUCK.

"No we're just friends. It's just because we've been friends for a long time I think."

"hmmm, Definitely just talk to her when she up it seems like both of you need to get some stuff off y'all chest because I don't think ya'll are on the same page."

"Yeah I will"

"All alright i'll talk to yall later"

she walked away heading back downstairs leaving me in my thoughts alone.I finished my food 20 minutes later it was almost 9 pm.
