Heading toward town to the lower part of the city, they arrived at a tavern with a sign that read "Slader Take." written in red.

The others tried to read it as it was poorly spelled, "Well, they spelled some of it right." Vax points out. He steps forward and pushes the door.

The entire hall was filled with laughter, and indistinct chatter. Lydie glances up finding the heads of beasts pinned on the walls as trophies of what was slain. The group steps through the hall, catching the eyes of a few mercenaries. "Remember, no one in the Slayer's Take is to be trusted. Just keep your cool, find their patron, and get the hell out." Vax told them.

Phoebe looked around the tavern, seeing each mercenary staring at her. Lydie nudges her, causing her to turn her head, "First time at a tavern, huh?"

"They're an unsavory sight, aren't they?" Phoebe questioned.

"Yeah, you'll get use to it. So long as you don't mess with them then you're safe." Lydie told her.

"Ooh, can we grab an ale, while we're here....on Vax?" Scanlan asks, pushing to the front and jumping into a stand of the wanted board.

Lydie rolls her eyes and uses telekinesis to remove Scanlan from the seat and place him next to her. "No buying drinks."

Vax groans and pinches the bridge of his nose, "We don't have time Scanlan."

Keyleth and Phoebe were about to sit at one of the stools when a human cleric steps in front of them. "Well, hello there." he said, causing the two to look at him. He had striking features, one  notable feature of this being his heterochromia: one of his eyes is blue, but the other is bright yellow. He has a leather cord adorning his head. His right arm is covered in one-inch cuts, and dressed in light armor. "I feel like I haven't met you yet."

"Who me?"

"I beg your pardon?"

Keyleth and Phoebe questioned simultaneously. Keyleth questioned out of curiosity, mainly because he was incredibly handsome, while Phoebe questioned out of exasperation.

The man then turned his attention toward the twins, "But you. You have those faces, they're just so familiar. Where have I seen them before?"  The cleric suddenly summons a light spear in his hands and throw it at the board. It lands between Vex and Vax. "Oh that's right. You're famous." he growls. This drew the attention of all the mercenaries in the guild. "Eyes up gang. Got ourselves a bounty."

Before they knew it, they were surrounded by the mercenaries of the Slayers Take. This causes Vox Machina to pull in close as they looked at the angered faces. "What did you do?" Percy questioned to the twins.

"Yeah, what did you do?" Axel repeated.

"Well..." Vex starts.

"Unless you want your skulls ground into powder, you might want to step back. Right, Grog?" Pike calls out. However, there was no response. They blinked and looked over, seeing a missing half giant.

"Where's Tats??" Lydie questioned.

"Aw, sh!t. We lost Grog?" Scanlan questioned.

"Alright, Fenrir!" Pike called out.

Fenrir pops out from Lydie's coat and lands on the floor. The room bursts out in laughter, Lydie then smirks as she snaps a finger, turning Fenrir into his original dire wolf form. Which causes the laughter to cease some.

"Ooh, tough spot." the cleric informs.

Vex grins and steps forward, "Not the first time I've been wanted if you know what I mean." she spoke while using her charm, "I'm Vex. Zahra's very close friend." she tells him, running her hand down the cleric's armor.
