Seungcheol | Overworked Part II

Mingyu's POV

I didn't removed my eyes on Cheol hyung. The moment we had our first dance, I saw how he catch his breathe and panting. I saw how he struggled to keep up with us. I saw how he kept on making mistakes on the steps. I saw everything on him today. And I am sure that he is not okay.

All of my judgements were true, when before our last dance practice ends, I saw him stop moving. I looked at him and saw a blood coming out of his nose.
I rushed at him.

Mingyu: Hyung!

I shouted his name, but he was just looking at me. He slowly collapsed on the ground, but before he hit his head, I was able to catch him. I leaned his body on my lap. I can feel him barely breathing with a pale face. Everyone started to gather around us, and Jeonghan hyung kneeled down to check on Cheol hyung.

Mingyu: Hyung wake up please. Hyung!

Jeonghan: Somebody grab a towel please! His nose is still bleeding!

I saw how Dino rushed to his bag to grab a towel and gave it to Jeonghan hyung. While Joshua hyung called an ambulance immediately.

Jeonghan: He is burning, for how long did he endure this? Does anyone of you know that he is sick?

Mingyu: Me, Wonwoo hyung, and Vernon noticed that he is kind of weak and sick at the van a while ago. I have been keeping my eye on him since then.

Jeonghan: Why didn't you atleast tell me?

Mingyu: Because I think he didn't want to know any of us on what's going on with him.

Everyone was quiet. No one dared to talk. Seungkwan and Dino started to sob at the side, some are comforting them, and others are worried for hyung.

After 5 minutes, the paramedics arrived on the scene. Hyung's nosebleed stopped already. Jeonghan hyung and I were pushed aside for the paramedics to check on him. As they stabilize him, he was carried to a stretcher and to the ambulance.

Paramedic: Who can come with us?

Jeonghan: Mingyu you can go, we will follow you at the hospital.

I nodded and hurried on the ambulance with the paramedics. As soon as we are inside, the paramedics put an oxygen mask on him, an oximeter on his finger, an IV on his hand, and they also draw a blood on him.

Paramedic: Sir any information on what happend to the patient?

Mingyu: What I only know is that he has a high temperature a while ago, then before our practice ended he got a nosebleed and suddenly collapsed on the ground.

Paramedic: Okay sir, thankyou for your help.

After sometime we arrived at the hospital, hyung was rushed to the emergency room immediately. I waited on the lobby, being restless. Soon Jeonghan hyung and the others came rushing to me.

Joshua: Where is he?

Mingyu: At the emergency room.

Everyone can't stay calm, knowing what just had happpend a while ago to hyung. After a while a doctor came out.

Doctor: Who among you is the patient's relative?

All of us raised our hands.

Jeonghan: We are his brothers, any update on what happend to him?

Doctor: He is now stable but still running a fever. We already administered some medicines on his IV. We did run some tests on him also and all of it was negative. The cause of his collapsed and nosebleed was due to overexertion. He pushed his body up to his limits, to the point that his body gave up. He might be able to wake up after a day or two until his body recovers. Right now, you can visit him at VIP room 13.
