Jeonghan's POV

My experience of having an asthma attack was a terrifying and life-changing event that occurred when I was just 7 years old. It was a cold winter evening, and I had been playing soccer with my friends when suddenly, I felt a tightness in my chest and struggled to catch my breath. At first, I thought it was just a minor issue and tried to ignore it.

But soon enough, the feeling only got worse, and soon I found myself gasping for air, wheezing with every breath. Panic started to set in as I struggled to get enough oxygen into my lungs.

My friends noticed something was wrong and called for help. Thankfully, one of their parents, who was trained in first aid, rushed over and recognized the signs of an asthma attack. They quickly took me indoors and helped me use an inhaler.

Despite the relief the inhaler brought, the attack seemed to linger, and I felt incredibly scared and helpless. My parents were called, and they rushed me to the hospital, where I received further treatment and monitoring.

The experience left a lasting impression on me. I realized the importance of always carrying my inhaler with me and being vigilant about managing my asthma triggers.

Since then, I've learned to live with asthma, managing it through medication, avoiding triggers like pollen or dust, and staying active while being mindful of my respiratory health.

Over the time, I noticed improvements in my symptoms. The frequency and severity of my asthma attacks decreased, and I found myself relying less on my inhaler and medications. Before I was recruited by pledis, I was announced by my doctor that I am already asthma-free.

Though asthma will always be a part of my past, I refuse to let it define me. And as I look to the future, I do so with a renewed sense of optimism and gratitude for the gift of breathing without restriction.

Today, I woke up at around 7:00 am, since we have a dance practice at around 10:00 am onwards. I roam around our room and saw Seungcheol and Joshua still peacefully asleep in their beds.

I got up immediately, get ready, and go downstairs because I want to prepare a meal for them.

When I went down, I saw Mingyu and Seokmin already cooking in the kitchen. I guess my dongsaengs were really excited to have our practice today, because we are preparing a different concept for our comeback in 3 months from now.

Jeonghan: Aww... Guys when did you wake up huh? I thought I would be the one to get up first and cook a meal for all of us.

Mingyu: Aish hyung don't lie please. We know that you will only cook if there is someone around you.

Jeonghan: Ayee you are so mean to me Gyu.

Seokmin: Uhm I won't disagree to Gyu, hyung.

Jeonghan: Also you, Seokmin, hah?

Seokmin: Just kidding hyung, uhm maybe you can just wake up our members now, because the table is already set and the foods are about to be finish cooking.

Jeonghan: Okayyy

By that I went upstairs to wake them all up. I went first to our room, the 95z. Again, of course they are both still sleeping. But I need to wake them up now, and I thought of something to cut off their dreams.

I grab my pillow and harshly slap it to Seungcheol's face, and went to Joshua to do it to him also. I guess, I went on it too hard because when I saw their faces they were angry and looking like they would eventually kill me.
