There was a clap of thunder in the sky and the night wind blew. Jennie felt a little cold, and her body started to shiver. Seeing this, Lisa quickly opened the car door and signaled to her to enter with his eyes.

Without any hesitation, Jennie got into the car in the blink of an eye.

Lisa rarely listens to music or radio broadcasts while he drives. On the way back, maybe because Jennie was too quiet today, or maybe because the sound of thunder outside the window made people unable to breathe, he turned on the radio.

The host's laughter echoed in the silent car. Jennie was so confused and didn't know what to think as she watched the rain outside.

Soon, the radio host's laughter slowly faded and the familiar melody began to be heard.

"I'm afraid I won't be able to hold you back in time,

There are traces of time until I am convinced that you are real,

Until I lose my strength, but for your sake, I am willing!

I can't move, I have to look at you,

Until I feel your hairline,

Until my vision blurred,

Until I couldn't breathe,

Let us be inseparable,

If I can give up the whole world, at least there will be you that I should cherish,

And you are the miracle of life here,

Maybe I can forget the whole world, I just don't want to lose you,

The mole on your palm, I always remember where it is,

We had a hard time, but we were forced to do it. I was afraid that time would come too soon,

If I don't look at you carefully enough, I fear that I will lose you,

Please don't leave."

The car got closer and closer to the Greenville Residence. Lisa made a sharp turn at an intersection and then looked at Jennie, who sat quietly on the passenger seat.

He said with a slight smirk, "There are still thirty days until the anniversary of our marriage. I owe you an entire year's worth of wedding ceremony. Are you excited?"

Jennie looked back. "Wedding? With my big stomach now, how can I wear a wedding dress?"

"Everyone knows that you are my wife. They know that you are pregnant. Even if you marry with your big belly, you will still be the most beautiful bride."

With a smile, Lisa held the steering wheel with one hand while the other hand held her hand gently. His voice was warm and gentle. Jennie looked at him hesitantly. "Do we have to?"

Lisa raised his handsome eyebrows. "The wedding, coupled with the children in your womb, is a great way to celebrate."

Jennie thought for a moment. Next month was her birthday. After her birthday, it would be their first wedding anniversary. The changes in a year were so great, and time passed too fast.

She did not object, nor did she agree. She only stared blankly at their hands. She inadvertently said, "Then you decide. My previous wedding dress was not a good choice. I think I should adjust it again."

Lisa smiled and brought her hand to his lips, kissed it. "Why are you so obedient today?"

"Aren't I usually very obedient?" Jennie was distracted by a joke being told on the radio. She couldn't help but squinted her eyes at him.

Lisa smiled and squeezed her hand. "Then I'll handle it. Do you think your body can handle the wedding next month?"

Jennie smiled. It was rare for her to act so coquettishly. "I'll take good care of my body and eat enough. I want you to hug me at the wedding."

Upon arrival at Greenville Residence, Sister Yanmei specially prepared many dishes that were suitable for calming the womb.Lisa, for the first time, allowed Jennie to eat quite a bit of meat and he didn't force her to eat vegetables anymore.

Jennie kept tossing on the bed, unable to fall asleep. The moonlight shone through the half-closed curtains.

Lisa seemed to be sleeping soundly next to her. Jennie rolled over and faced him. She put her hands under her head and under the moonlight outside the window, she stared unblinkingly at Lisa's face.

After an unknown amount of time, her eyelids finally sunk, and she slowly closed her eyes. In her haziness, Jennie felt someone gently caressing her face, and she subconsciously moved closer to a warm source beside her. Just as she was about to sleep more soundly, she suddenly opened her eyes and looked at the awake Lisa.

Lisa had somehow woken up, or perhaps he hadn't even slept at all. Jennie was currently in his arms and he was looking down at her with a smile.

His hand passed through her baggy nightgown, to her big belly, and over the soft mass of her chest. There was something in his eyes, something like a signal. Lisa was watching her face under the moonlight.

"L..Lisa."

Jennie's stomach was getting bigger and bigger. She had reached the third trimester and was pregnant with twins, so it was too hard for the couple to make love.

Lisa was afraid that her body would feel uncomfortable, and he had not touched her for a while. Even though there would be times when he couldn't control himself, but in the end, it was only kissing and caressing.

Before Jennie finished speaking, Lisa's warm lips were already pressed against hers. The soft lips were peacefully kissing her stiff lips, coaxing her to slowly relax.

Jennie's reluctance radiated on her face as his nimble tongue entered her mouth. It was unknown if it was because there were too many things on her mind or because she was afraid that her present body would feel uncomfortable, but she wanted to push him away from her.

However, before Jennie could refuse, she was pulled tightly into his embrace, with his teeth between her lips. They were tightly entangled.

Jennie gradually closed her eyes. The back of her head was held gently by his large hands just like that. The touch of his tongue made her shiver, and Lisa's gentle movements made her feel a warm feeling arose in her heart.

"Ugh...Lisa."

Her body was still a little stiff, like she wasn't ready. Although her eyes were closed and she tried her best to obey, her body still vaguely refused. Even though she had a normal reaction, the resistance showed by her body was still equally obvious.

Lisa sighed and gently pecked her lips. After that, he let go of her lips and soothed her body with his hands. His hoarse voice was heard in her ears. "Jennie."

Jennie felt a sweet warmth feeling intertwining with cold helplessness in her heart. When she opened her eyes, her eyelashes trembled non-stop as she looked into his eyes, which seemed to contain hints of pleading.

"Don't reject me ..." Lisa held her gently.

Jennie was not sure if he was talking about his desire or something else.

His gaze was like a whirlpool, able to suck people in until it caused her heart to ache with it.

If this wasn't love, then what was this?
