"He moved out and never met Somi again. The reason for the cooperation between Kwon Corporation and several other previous projects with Manoban Enterprise was because of my relationship with GD, but now, even though the cooperation is still there, and Somi is in charge, but in some circumstances where it is inevitable for the higher-up to meet, GD will send someone else, and he will never show up."

"Then, why would he still want to marry her then?"

"Because of the Kwon Family's relationship with the Manoban Family and because the child in Somi's womb is his, so he could not refuse his responsibility."

"How can that be considered responsible? On the one hand, he seemed to be taking responsibility, but on the other hand, he leaves Somi behind and never cares about his daughter. At the very least, she's his legal wife. What kind of joke is he making if he hasn't been home for two years!"

Lisa did not say anything else, he only looked at the rearview mirror, at Leo and Lily, who were sleeping soundly before he looked at Jennie with a calm gaze. "GD is a decisive and firm man. He has done things well and his revenge has left no trace. Moreover, he has been concerned about me for the past two years. His actions have been beneficial and no matter what the situation is, I am not able to fully intervene."

With that, Lisa stopped the car and signaled for Jennie to get out.

Jennie didn't realize they had reached Greenville Residence. She got out and slowly woke up the children.

"Mommy, I want a bubble bath!"

"Dada, come take a bath together ~~"

The two children were so mischievous that foam covered the entire bathroom floor. Jennie was unable to split her mind and think about other things after being tormented by these two little things. When Lisa came in to help, Lily quickly yelled at him, asking him to play the bubbles with her.

"Brat, you're sticking to your dada so quickly! Seems like I will have a relaxing day in the future ~" Jennie sat on the side and wiped Leo's body before putting on his clothes.

She turned around and looked at Lily, who was in the water basin splashing water at Lisa, making his clothes wet.

Lisa, on the other hand, was quite happy. He patiently bathed Lily in the basin. Although his movements were not very skilled, his hands' gentle movements made Lily happy and relaxed. She was blowing foam in her hands and having fun.

Jennie was afraid if Lily soaked in the water for too long, she would catch a cold, so she put Leo, who was obedient, outside the door. She got up and lured the little girl out of the water, "That's enough, Lils. Dada was so tired after playing with you all day. Don't keep bothering him. Be obedient, come out."

Lily pouted and looked back at her with dissatisfaction. "I want dada to dress me up."

They all said that the son was close with his mother and the daughter was close with her father. This was indeed true, ah!

It's just that...

'Lily, do you really like your dada, or you only like your dada's face that always makes you drool?'

When Jennie came out of the bathroom, she saw Lisa was already done taking a shower in the bathroom upstairs. He was standing in front of a French window, talking on the phone, so she didn't go bother him.

Jennie went to sit on the couch and picked up a magazine on the coffee table. Underneath the two business magazines was the magazine she had just bought. She had seen GD's pictures in it before.

GD usually looked carefree, but in some aspects, his strength was on par with Lisa. Otherwise, the two of them wouldn't have been good brothers for so many years.

And there's an ancient saying, "Know yourself and know your enemies, then you will win in every battle."

Lisa knew GD very well, and vice versa.

Therefore, when GD had gotten married to Somi, he had also known that she wouldn't make things difficult for the Kwon Family and Manoban Family, so he used a cunning way to get revenge on her.

He had been prepared from the start, and the one he was on guard against was Lisa. No wonder Lisa said that he couldn't interfere. Once he really did, it would only result in the opposite way. Somi and GD had to solve this problem on their own. This was their family.

Jennie sighed and tossed the magazine on the coffee table. Lisa put down his phone and looked back to look at her. "Are you still thinking about him?"

"Why should I? It's not like I'm the one who is affected by it." Jennie rubbed her forehead. Suddenly, she felt her head hurt. To keep Lisa from worrying, she said nothing. She then got up, "I've been playing with these two brats all day. I'm so tired. I'm going to sleep first."

"Go to sleep. Take the medicine before you go to bed to prevent yourself from having a fever. You also play in the water too long. Your previously weak physique makes it easier for you to have a fever." Lisa patiently advised her before continuing to talk to the other party on the phone.

When Jennie returned to her bedroom, she really felt exhausted and fell asleep right next to the two little things.

Jennie woke up from hunger. After she came back from the amusement park, she went to sleep and didn't eat anything. Her stomach grumbled and she woke up in a daze.

The sky was already dark and when she looked at the time, it was almost 10 pm. Through the curtains, she could faintly see the lights of the street lamps in the residential area.

A bedside lamp was lit, illuminating the entire room. Her head was hurting, and her throat was dry, as if she was suffering from the symptoms of a cold. She then remembered she didn't eat any medicine before going to sleep.

If only she had listened to Lisa's words before, she would have been fine now.

Jennie rubbed her forehead, intending to find a medicine to alleviate this headache. She didn't want to wake up Lisa, who was sleeping by her side. But he always slept lightly, and after returning home, he still experienced insomnia, so little movement in bed woke him up.

Lisa looked at her and gave a faint smile. "Are you hungry?"

He grabbed her hand and at the same time, a knot appeared between his eyebrows. He raised his hand and placed it on her forehead.

Crap ...

He discovered it so quickly.

Jennie sat stiffly without moving. Seeing that Lisa's expression had gradually turned serious, she hurriedly said, "I'm fine, I just wasn't paying attention when I was playing with the children today. I'll take some medicine."
