As the car slowly stopped in front of the villa, its rumble was heard by Choco, who was in the living room. Excited, Choco ran outside and pawed at the glass window of the passenger door.

Hanni had no choice but to knock on the window before gently opening the car door a crack to show Choco that she was going to get out of the car. She was afraid of knocking into Choco if she opened the door all the way.

Choco was very clever. As soon as the passenger door opened, he moved back, his tail still wagging. When Hanni got out of the car, he jumped towards her.

Hanni rubbed Choco all over before turning towards Minji, who had walked towards her side. "He seems to like me."

Minji looked at Choco, bent down, and pulled at Choco's collar to drag him out of Hanni's arms.

"Take it easy," Hanni couldn't help but say when she saw Minji drag Choco a little roughly.

Minji looked down at the silly dog happily panting with Choco's tongue out. Suddenly, she felt a little regretful that she hadn't sent Choco away. The two entered the house and walked to the living room.

Hearing noises outside, Mrs. Jung came out of the kitchen. She was very pleased to see Hanni and Minji come back home together. It turns out that Hanni went out to pick up Minji.

This morning, someone gave the Madam a gift from the boss, and later the Madam ran over to pick up the boss from work. How kind. It seems that the boss will be moving out of the guest room soon. Mrs. Jung smiled. "Madam and boss came back early today, so I'll go prepare dinner early." After saying this, she hurried back to the kitchen.

"Continue to play with Choco, I'm just going to change my clothes."

Minji nodded. As Hanni walked upstairs, she immediately locked Choco in the kennel.

"Arf, arf, arf..." Choco looked at Minji, hurt.

"Silly dog!" Minji coldly turned away and left.

Choco walked two laps around the kennel and found that Minji wasn't going to play with him today. After grumbling a bit, he lay down on the ground.

During the spring and autumn months, Hanni liked to wear loose and comfortable sweaters, especially at home. Casual pants and light-colored sweaters were almost always her preferred choice. After she changed her clothes, she noticed the T&Co jewelry box on the dresser. After thinking for a moment, she reached for the box and walked downstairs.

Minji changed her clothes and had just come out of the guest room when she saw Hanni coming back down. She saw what Hanni was wearing and lifted a hand to touch her own sweater. It was the same color. Her heart started to thump happily.

Hanni didn't respond to their accidental matching clothes. Clutching the jewelry box, she went to the sofa and sat down. "Haerin came looking for you this morning."

Minji frowned. This morning? Haerin should've known that she would be in the company. Why would Haerin come to the villa?

"Did she say anything?" Minji carefully asked.

Hanni looked at the calm Minji and gently put the jewelry box on the coffee table, pushing it towards Minji's direction.

Minji looked at the familiar logo printed on the box, and her jaw dropped.

"She said that when you came back from Japan, you left this in the hotel. Haerin came by to give it back," Hanni pointed at the jewelry box.

"I forgot," Minji said.

"So... you bought it?" Hanni deliberately asked. She wanted to find out whether the T&Co jewelry was bought by Minji as Haerin said, or if it was sent by a colleague like in her past life. She needed Minji to clarify this for her.
