It's been a month since I saw him. He
was calm to my chaos, my peace and strength. I could fight any battle with him. I feel beautiful under his gaze and protective in his arms.

I had no idea that I would fall harder for him when we met. People say there is a woman behind every successful man but in my case Ankit was behind my success.

there must be something missing from my side, that's why today Ankit doesn't feel what I do for him. Maybe I don't fit in his definition of perfect woman for him with whom he can spend his whole time.

I can still feel him in my breath. I wanted him to stop me once but he didn't and that day something was broken inside me.

I used to smile a lot because I didn't like being sad but now hardly a smile comes on my lips. He was the only person who could make me smile wholeheartedly.

Trust me I'm not blaming him as we started like that only and never wanted to get married. Love really makes us vulnerable, I mean look at me and tears start escaping from her eyes.

I'm sorry Ankit i lied to you but what should I do? I don't have the strength to face you to listen to a friend's word again from your mouth when my heart wants love for us.

Ankit's pov

What the fuck man, I mean I am in love. Thank you so much God for sending her into my life. I was completely confused before meeting her and lost faith in love. I thought this love thing is not meant for me but look today everything around me reminding us only.

Priyanka has changed my black and while life into a colorful life. She makes my house our home. Should I call her ? I don't know how she will react.

He picks up his phone and is about to call her.

No...no i can't tell her about my feelings on the phone. I will meet her , hold her hand and tell her that 'I love you Priyanka, I really love you' while looking in her puppy eyes. Baby i can't stay away from you for a second now.

"Priyanka, meet mr. Arjun , he will assist you in your project." Said her boss.

Priyanka and Arjun greeted each other and it was a love at first sight for Arjun. He is a smart, rich, intelligent and hot guy who wants to live a simple life with his loved ones.

It was a Sunday and as usual Arjun and Priyanka were coming from ngo. They were on their way when it started raining.

She holds his hand and starts running towards shelter.

C'mon Arjun comes fast otherwise we will get wet but Arjun stopped. She looks at him in confusion.

Priyanka is raining and I love rain. Please don't be so bored come with me.

"Why? Does it remind you about someone special ?" He asked Priyanka winking at her.

Her heart starts arching after hearing his words and the pain could be seen in her eyes.

Arjun understands her situation and hugs her.

Priyanka gets shocked hearing his last words. She gets out of the hug and turns around.

Priyanka, i know this is very sudden for you but I really liked you since we met. I am not forcing anything on you. You can take your own time and give me your answer.

He holds are shoulder and turns her facing him. He holds her face and titled her chin up.

You are a really sweet girl and I want to give you all the love and respect. I am not feeling pity about you but you have earned my respect and love for you. I can't get a better life partner than you.

Still the last decision will always be yours. Even I'm ready to stay as your friend forever. So, there is no need to take any stress, okay ?

She nodes her head and they leave for their homes.

After 6 months

Priyanka was awarded the best excellence award for her project. She was giving her speech while Arjun was admiring her. She looks at him and smiles. She gives credit to Arjun for this project and he claps for her.

After an event Arjun takes her for dinner.

The next day they go to church. Priyanka, c'mon get out of there It's so boring.

Priyanka glared at him. Sshhh....Arjun what are you doing? Keep quit!!! C'mon close your eyes and think about your loved ones.

Arjun closes his eyes and thinks about Priyanka while a picture of Ankit comes in front of her eyes.

God ! It's been seven months and I'm still not able to forget him. Please release me from this pain. Give him all the happiness and love.

She opens her eyes and looks at rahul who was already admiring her. She playfully hits his shoulder.

Stupid God is there.

But my god is here, in front of my eyes.

Priyanka gets emotional and gives a weak smile to him.

Arjun , I am ready.

Finally, I have been telling you to leave here for so long.

Idiot ! I am ready for marriage.
