"Remind me again why we're here?" Grian asked as he slowly followed behind Scar.

"Because I want a black cat for my zoo" Scar replied. The two of them had gone to a swamp, in search of a witch's hut with the hopes of coming across a black cat. A black cat that Scar wanted for his zoo. However, they had been looking for a while and still had no luck on their quest.

"Scar, we've been looking for ages and we still haven't come across anything but swamp, swamp and more swamp," the blonde sighed, "besides black cats are bad luck."

"That's just a superstition, they aren't actually bad luck" Scar replied, stopping in his track and turning to face his companion.

"Tell that to the luck we've had in finding one."

"We'll find one soon, I can feel it. Besides, it's rare to find a witch hut."

"You know you can also find them in villages during a full moon, right?"

"I'm aware, but with Bdubs always wanting to sleep the night away, it's easier to find one in a witch hut."

"Ok fair, but we could have asked Doc if he had seen one. After all, he has built in a swamp this season."

"You know how Doc is with cats."

"Well, what about Mumbo. He's built a slime farm in a swamp so we could off asked him."

"He's too busy with his redstone, and does like us near it in fear that we'll break it."

Grian was about to speak again when a small 'meow' cut him off.

Within seconds, Scar pulled out some raw salmon and got to work at trying to tame the source of the sound, a small black cat.

It didn't take long for the cat to be tamed.

"See I told you we would find one soon" Scar cheered.

"That's great and all but, do you remember the way back to spawn" Grian asked, looking around the similar looking trees.

"I think we need to go right, wait no left, wait no that doesn't seem right maybe, no" Scar began to mumble in response, more so to him self than to Grian.

"You don't know, do you?" Grian asked.

With a sigh, Scar replied, "No."

"Do you have your communicator on you by any chance? I left mine at my base" Grian questioned.

"I also left mine at my base, but that's because I thought you had yours with you" Scar said in response.

"So we're lost and gave no way if contacting anyone that's fun, not."

"What if you fly into the sky and see if you can see the way back?"

"Scar, there are too many vines fir me to do that."

"What if we see if the cat can lead us out?"

"It's a cat, it can't speak or understand us it won't work."

However, Scar took no notice of the blind and crouched down to the cat.

"Do you know the way out little one?" Scar questioned.

In response the cat meowed and began to walk past Grian. Not far behind the cat followed Scar, who had began to drag Grian along as the avian refused to believe the cat knew what Scar had said. However, the blind didn't say a word and allowed the brunette to drag him along.

Minutes later, the duo found themselves out of the swamp and in a familiar meadow.

"What! How? It's a cat!" Grian exclaimed seconds after leaving the swamp.

"See, I told you black cats aren't bad luck, they're good luck" Scar smiled in response as he let go of the blonde, no longer seeing the need to drag him along.

"That has nothing to do with it. How does a cat, a literally cat now they say out? Let alone understand what you said" Grian continued to exclaim.

"Magic also we're probably just lucky that the cat led us out the swamp" Scar shrugged and with that, the duo headed back to their bases having successfully getting a black cat for Scar's zoo.
