𝐈 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐖𝐀𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 for my friends at platform nine three quarters. Lorcan was munching on his breakfast with a glee that he passed all the core subjects with an 'A' except history of magic and astronomy which he failed with a 'P'. He also failed divination with a 'D' and passed care of magical creatures with an 'O', of course it is the Scamander blood and he passed muggle studies with an 'A'. You could see how glad he was to get on the train and be a N.E.W.T.s student.
I was vibing to songs on full volume with my audiophile headphones because I wouldn't have an opportunity to use these headphones till December. I have prefect duties too. Since we had O.W.L.s we were in a 2 months break from duties now I have to get back to dealing with Mongrel again.
My mom and dad were standing awkwardly talking about their upcoming trips across the world while I rot in a prison called Hogwarts.
Then I saw Val along with his sister and his parents walking towards us. "YOOOO!!! WE PASSED!!!" Val came in screaming as he tackled Lorcan and hugged him. "I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! I PASSED TRANSFIGURATION GIVE ME AN ORDER OF MERLIN!" Lorcan screamed in excitement. "Hey future head boy, how's life?" Val asked. I lowered my headphones to my neck and said, "If I'm head boy, I'll let you draw on my face and I'll walk all over Hogwarts with it for a day" I said with a smirk.
"I better start brainwashing Mongrel then" he said giggling as he squeezed in between me and Lorcan. Val's mother and my mom were giggling and laughing with smiles, Val's mother looked so young- I mean my mom looked young too but I know that she's like 43 years old. But Val's mom just seemed too young to be around her 40's.
"Dude your mother is really young right?" I asked him. "Yeah, she's like 34" Val said. 34?! DUDE MY MOM IS LIKE 43... WAIT... VAL WAS BORN WHEN HIS MOM WAS 18?! THEN SHE MUST HAVE GOT PREGNANT WHEN SHE WAS 17, when she was still a minor, that's fucked. "34?!" Lorcan exclaimed and I told him to shut up, we didn't want Val's mom to hear us as she was just a few feet apart.
"Wait, so your mom was 18 when she gave birth?" I asked to clarify. "Teehee, yes" he chuckled. My eyes slowly eyed Val's dad, he seemed too strict, there is no way he did it. BUT HE DID. "Well my parents ran away from their homes after they found out my mom was pregnant with me" Val continued. "That's insane, how come you never told us this before?" I asked. "Cause I found out only last year and I guess I kind of forgot" he replied.
