Marcus takes the cape off from around my neck and hands me the mirror , I look at my face and then my hairline , straight as always I smile to myself. "Good lookin Unk, this for Ronnie too" I say quietly to him and hand him a old $100. He takes the money and smiles "I got you always" he said looking down as he stuffed the money in his pocket , I look over and see Ronnie talking to Mira and that Goofy ass bitch. The fuck is she with them for I thought to myself. I get up and start to walk over towards her "Yo lemme talk to you real quick" I say looking down at Ronnie.

"Alright who's next?" Marcus says and I look over at Mira and her friend who was staring up at me , I look down at her wanting to smack that smile right off her face "Jordan or Mira ahead... I'll be right back" Ronnie said standing up. I walk out the barber shop before her and head to my car , I get in and turn the heat on. I watch as Ronnie walks out the shop looking for me , once she notices my car she started to walk towards it.

She stands outside the car door and I roll the window down telling her to get in and she does. "So what's up?" She said as if she was bored. I watch as she scratches her head , she does that whenever she's nervous or anxious. "Why are you hanging out with them? They can't keep you safe" I say looking at her wondering what the hell was wrong with her. "Who said I needed anybody to keep me safe?! I'm fine alone.. and stop trying to tell me who I can and can't hang out with" she says balling her face up at me.

I felt myself get a little frustrated , "Do you even know who she is or anything about her?" I say looking straight out the window, "Do you Cyrus? Why are you so pressed about me being around other people.. I'm not your property" she says and I laughed "Bitch I never said you was-" I got out before she cut me off "What did you wanna talk to me about? Or was this it?" She said looking me in my eyes , I shrug my shoulders. I look away getting a flashback from last night , seeing johns face all bloody with a bullet hole right in the center of his forehead.

"Helloo?" She said sounding irritated, I look over "Sorry , what did you say?" I say looking at her , she rolls her eyes and shakes her head slowly "Nothing , look I'm gonna go back in there" Ronnie said , she starts to open the car door and I reach over her and shut it back. I quickly look in my side mirror and pull off "Cyrus what the fuck are you doing?!" She said , "Your mad at me why?" I say calmly as I continue straight .

"Because.. I- I don't know now take me back" she said I keep my eyes on the road "So you don't know why your mad? Mm okay" I say chuckling making a left at the corner . "What's funny?" She says , "You! You folks" I said looking over at her, she smirks and turns her head. "I seen your text you sent earlier" she says turning her head back towards me and I look away "I thought you blocked me" I say feeling a little embarrassed about it.

"Well You said you were sorry so I guess I'll accept it" she says , I look over to see Jordan sent her a text "You like her?" I say looking back up at her , she shrugs her shoulders "I don't know yet.. she's cool though you should give her a chance" she says as I drive thru an alley "A chance for what? I don't need to know that bitch" I say making another turn. "I really don't get you sometimes" she says chuckling.

I pull back up to the barber shop , "You know you technically just kidnapped me" she says putting her hand on the door handle. "I brought you back stop being goofy" I said simply , she laughed. "Well go back to your minions bye" I say getting serious and she shakes her head "They're not my minions.. do you wanna do something later?" She says by my surprise, "Like what?" I said sitting back . "We could go out or something I don't know" she said.

"We'll see" I say unlocking my doors. She chuckled and opened the door "I'll text you Cyrus" she said before getting out. I wait and watch as she walks back to the barbershop, she looked like she was getting a little bigger , I quickly look down at her ass as she walked in , I never noticed how well Ronnie was put together , I shake my head the fuck! Get it together Cyrus ! *Beep* someone behind me blows their horn and I beep back and wait a few seconds before pulling off.

                            •RONNIES POV•

I get back into the barbershop seeing Jordan was just about done her cut. She did say she only wanted a fade ... "Hey where'd you go?" She says as I got closer towards everyone. "Had a chat with Russ" I said , I stopped and took a pause realizing I had said Russ that for the first time out loud. "Oh okay , everything good?" She said and I nod and sat down.
"Look at this video!" Mira says laughing , she turns her phone towards me showing me something on TikTok.

I started to think about Cyrus , that girl is jealous if you ask me , I smirked to myself. "How are you not laughing!" Mira says chucking as she pulls her phone away. I don't say anything , I felt my phone vibrate. I pull it out seeing Instagram sent me a message from AI. I sigh a little and put my phone away "Damn this looks good! How much I owe ya?!" Jordan says smiling from ear to ear "Only 20 bucks!" Marcus said taking his mirror back.  I watch as Jordan tips him a extra $5.

"I'm next" I say looking at Mira and she nods her head "Sure thing!" She says stilling looking at her phone . I walk over to the chair and sit down , "What we getting the same thing as last time?" He says and I shake my head yes , he throws the cape over me and begins cleaning his clippers "Oh yeah I forgot to tell you Russ had paid for your cut so don't worry about it okay!" He says and I smiled "Okay" I say sounding a little happy that took me by surprise!After a few minutes go by , he finally starts to brush my head and that lets me know he's about to start the cut so I close my eyes and try to relax .
