CHAPTER 35

REGRET.

In recent years nothing has changed in the Pueblo, hacienda El Farma and hacienda Valderama.

When we entered Justin's room, the memory of our last meeting and conversation came back. That scene was painful. To be honest, I was hurt by something that was only my fault.

I didn't blame him because he had the right to hurt me at those times.

Even though it happened, I learned something. Don't do to others what you don't want to do to yourself and revenge cannot pull out the thorn left in your wound.

He held my hand and squeezed it gently. I looked at both of our hands and his eyes. His shining eyes were also looking at me very carefully.

I don't like this person. I don't like him. I never dreamed of him being mine.

But now I'm here with him and he's holding me tightly and I feel like I can't get out of his arms anymore.

Justin Jose Julio, the only son and grandson of the Valderama clan.

His face looked down at me. We both stared at each other and he passionately captured my lips.

His lips were so light and soft that I couldn't stop myself from savoring his kisses.

I closed my eyes and grabbed his neck.

His kiss was good. He's a good kisser, and I'm sure I'll be looking for this kind of kiss that's only his signature.

"l love you Naya" he said in the middle of our kiss.

I withdrew from his kisses and abandoned his lips.

The doubt in his eyes was evident that he was nervous about my slight release.

"Do I have to believe you, Jah?" I asked to gauge how deep it was in a shallow way.

His lips are tightly pursed.

Because of that, I turned my back on him and faced the window. Their vast land is clearly visible inside his room. Cows in the distance are scattered in fertile pastures.

I smelled the wind that kissed me.

Fresh.

"You kissed me back. Why do you have to ask Naya?"

He said behind my back.

I tilted my head slightly and laughed softly.

"Kissing you back,  is a body instinct which is human nature" I said still laughing.  "Why, do you kiss your girls back and you already love them? Don't say that you haven't slept with a girl in years....unless! We only had sex once Jah but I know you're good in bed and how you thirst in flesh, so, it's hard to believe if you say no"

I faced him and he was still standing. My eyes traveled inside his room and they were on standby on his bed.

I came to his bed. Stared at it while measuring in my mind how wide it was, how strong it was and how soft it was and my eyes returned to his red lips.

His lips and his bed are both soft.

That is my realization.

Nagtinginan kaming dalawa, at sa isang metrong distansya ay sabay naming sinalubong  iyon at para kaming hindi nagkita sa loob ng mahabang panahon.

Pagkalapit ko sa kanya ay hinaklit ko kaagad ang leeg nya para sagupain ang kanyang mga labi na gutom na gutom, akala ko sasapat ang nangyari sa amin sa office pero hindi pala dahil mas nararamdaman ko ang pagkauhaw namin pareho.
