Lana drove on her car to Julie's pretty late at night after leaving her own party, withouth caring whetever she had people following her or not. She just needed to see Julie. She took a bath before that, put on black jeans, black boots and a red sweater.
When she arrived to the building, she was recognized by the building manager, and she was able to find out the floor and Julie's apartment.
The building seemed pretty old and in bad conditions, to the point where Lana chose to use the stairs instead of the elevator, despite the fact that Julie lived in the fifth floor. She knocked and the door, and an asian woman with honey eyes and long blue hair opened up, and was completely in shock.
"Oh my fucking god, you're Lana Sunderland" The asian woman said really fast, and just hugged her, and Lana just hugged her back.
"Hey there..."
"I was such a big fan of The Office in highschool, and you were my favorite, I hope I'm not dreaming right now" She said.
"You're not" Lan assured her, and the girl let go of her.
"Wait, what are you doing here then?"Julie came out of the bathroom, wearing only this blue hockey shirt with the 47 number on black that nearly reached her knees, her hair wet. She was shocked to see Lana there, standing in the door. Her green eyes were fixed on hers, with her hands on the jean pockets.
"What are you doing here?" Julie asked. She had a slightly agressive tone, wich surprised her roommate.
"I came to talk to you" Lana replied. "And I'm not leaving until we talk, Julie" Julie's roommate was staring everything confused.
"What the hell is going here?" She asked.
"Elisa, can you leave us alone? I need to speak to her" Julie said, but still looking at Lana.
"Wait, you know her? You two are like... friends?" It wasn't impossible for Lana and Julie not to think about that kiss when she said the word 'friends'. "How did you not tell me you knew her? Are you kidding me, Jules?" Elisa said, kinda angry.
"Elisa seriously, can you leave us alone?" She asked her, looking at her.
"Whatever, but first..." Elisa grabbed her phone. "Can I ask you for a picture?" Lana smiled.
"Sure" Julie rolled her eyes as Elisa placed her arm around Lana and toon a picture of the two of them, and then started to walk to her room.
"I love you, bye" She locked herself in the room, but placed her ear against the door.Lana walked inside, locking the door behind her.
"You haven't responded to any of my texts or calls. Didn't think you were the type to kiss and never tell" She said with a playful tone and sarcastic smirk. Julie had her arms crossed.
"I didn't want to see you to be honest"
"May I ask why?" Julie stayed in silence for a couple of seconds, and looked at the floor. "Look at me and tell me why, Julie" She ordered, and Julie lifted her head, and her amber eyes met hers.
"I don't know..." Lana took a step back, and Julie's heart begin to beat faster.
"Do you like me, Julie?" She stayed in silence. Definitly didn't see that question coming. "You can talk to me if you're feeling confused, I can help you" Julie suddenly felt tears coming, and went to sit in the couch and begin to cry, with her head on her hands. Lana sat next to her and hugged her, holding her. Julie couldn't help but to hug her back, sobbing on her arms for a good couple of minutes, until she suddenly pulled herself together and sat in the couch, trying to breath properly and sliding the tears away from her face.
"I just don't know who I am anymore... it's like everything suddenly changed, and I'm wondering if I was always like this, if it changed when we started to hang out, and I'm wondering if this will change things" Lana grabbed Julie's hand, and placed one on her neck.
"Look at me, Julie" She did as Lana asked. "This doesn't change who you are as a person or what you want in life" She told her with a sweet tone.
"I don't know why it had to be you"
"Hey, what is wrong with me?" She asked with a playful tone and a smile.
"Nothing, you're great... of course, you know you're great" Lana nodded. "But you said it yourself, you're not looking for anything serious. And I'm not saying I'm in love with you or anything, but I don't usually do the one night stand" Lana's green eyes were fixed on her for a couple of seconds.
"Alright. Than we should try to date"
"What?" Julie asked, confused.
"You heard me. Let's try the dating thing"
"No..."
"Why not? You said you weren't into being a one night stand, so why not this?" Julie stayed in silence for a few seconds.
"Wait... why would you do that? You..."
"Because I like you, Julie. Don't think too much about it" Julie smiled at her and felt a nice feeling on her chest, her heart nearly exploting, and Lana smiled back.
"Is just too much I... I don't even know how..."
"You don't have to decide now. I won't push you" Lana said, interrupting her. "I have to go now, but... reply when I text you. Even if you don't want to, I still want you in my life" Julie nodded. She saw Lana hesitating before standing up, and suddenly, she pressed her soft lips against hers for a brief second, with a finger below her chin. Then she stood up and head ti the door. "I'll see you, Julie"
"Yeah..."Julie stayed in the couch, staring at the ceiling, smiling. She grabbed her phone and texted her "I want to date you too" and it wasn't until Lana went to bed that she saw the message.
