Being an Exo-l, I never expected much from MAMA, but this year, I was actually looking forward to witness Enhypen winning their big prize. Engene worked so hard, only for Mnet to fuck up everything. No proper screen time. No better camera angles for the performances. Nothing. They ignored Enhypen existence.
Everyone is crying. It feels like I'm seeing Exo and Exo-ls sufferings on MAMA 2017 all over again. Only with Enhypen and Engene this time. 2024. *sigh.
I hated watching the video showing how much Enhypen was expecting the award, and how their smile disappeared afterwards. Jungwon was literally holding his breath. My tl is a mess. I want Engene to know that you all did well.
People see what's happening. No one is that blind. MAMA has been known to play dirty, so ignore them, and focus your attention on the boys.
Someday, new Engene will read this story, and probably comment on how many big awards Enhypen has already collected. To those new Engene, never stop loving our boys. They're hardworking and most precious people in the world. Never turn your back on them. Never ever make them embarrassed. Respect their space. Love them. Know your limits as fans too.
I was expecting a good news, alas... Members are pouring their hearts out, comforting us, so go ahead and leave your messages for them too. It's Engene and Enhypen at the end of the day. Right?
