Idol life had always been my escape from my parents, and even though it came with certain up and downs, I loved it immensely for giving me a sense of security. But, since the moment Enhypen Jungwon and I made this pact of spending days together in each other's embraces, I had to come to hate it.

Midnight Blues was always crazy busy with group promotions, individual deals, fashion shows, ads, campaigns etc. Enhypen was riding high on their success and everything was super busy. Jungwon and I would squeeze time in between if we were in the same country, otherwise it would become a long break.

After weeks, I got to meet Jungwon again, but before I could reach him to hug the shit out of this cat man, my eyes fell on the card peeking from the drawer. "Why do you still have it?" I asked, shocked to my core. It was the card where I had written my number and message for Ae-Cha as a joke during inkigayo sandwich prank which was landed in Jungwon's hands afterwards.

"I thought you must have thrown it somewhere." I turned to face him.

"I thought your number is useful in case I need to contact you about Ae-Cha." Jungwon shrugged, his eyes focused on his phone as if this one action of his hadn't given me a hope that maybe he felt more than he showed. "I'm so exhausted," he mumbled under his breath, and fell back in bed. "Come." He gave me his hand.

"Do you have a schedule tomorrow?" I tilted my head, and he popped one eye open, his arm still stretched out to hold me.

"Not until late afternoon. Why?"

I didn't answer, but grabbed his hand and pulled him up. "I'll take you somewhere. Come." I dragged him out of the room. Heesung was talking to Beomgyu in the living room, and the moment they saw us, I ran to Beomgyu's open arms and hugged him. "Sunbae, what a surprise?"

He chuckled. "Glad to see both of you friends." He looked between me and Jungwon who had gone to the corner, probably informing Heesung about the outing. I rolled my eyes at Beomgyu. "What? You complained to Ae-Cha too much during the shoot. I was bound to hear your drunk mumbling."

"Just so you know, I hate you both." I pouted and he ruffled my hair. "Are you guys back together?"

He shook his head. "Chayoung, let's not talk about that. It's a miracle we're civil nowadays."

Ah. So dating show didn't do its magic? I opened my mouth to argue, but then glanced at Jungwon. I had felt his stare, but now he was turned away to tell something to Heesung. It wasn't a good time to talk to Beomgyu about Ae-Cha, so I excused myself, telling Beomgyu I would meet him later before going to Jungwon. "Ready to go?" I asked and he walked past me, not really answering. I frowned. Weirdo.

"Enjoy guys." Heesung waved at me. I bowed to my seniors, and went to the elevator. Jungwon stood as far as he could from me. We both were in a disguise with hair and clothing, and his distance seemed to be a bit over the top. I didn't comment.

A car stopped in front of us as soon we reached the parking area. Jungwon looked at the car and then at me. "Get in." Even though I didn't know the brand name, I knew it was a very expensive car. I knew. There was nothing cheap or mediocre about my parents after all. I had always used their assets for the disguise, and this time wasn't different.

Jungwon got in silently. I followed. The screen was set to make a barrier between us and the driver. I adjusted the seats into the sleeping position. He kept staring at me, but I ignored. It wasn't curiosity but anger in his eyes, and I was too tired to deal with his mood swings right now.

"What do you want to eat?" I dialed the head of the staff's number from the mansion, but Jungwon being stubborn he was, didn't answer. I grumbled under my breath and ordered the chef to make his favourite dishes. If Jungwon was surprised at me knowing his favourites, he didn't comment.

"I don't like you." He closed his eyes and I glanced over to him. "You're so... you. I can't stand the sight of it."

"And, yet you keep coming back to me." I chuckled at his groan. My hands cupped his face and I turned him to me. "Tell me you're not jealous of Beomgyu Sunbae."

His jaw clenched. He didn't have to say it. I could see it. God why was I happy with his jealousy? Shit. I threw caution to the wind and held on to the lapels of his jacket, pulling him into a kiss. I had meant for it to be a quick one, just to make my point that I was his for the time being. But per usual, Jungwon took it to the next level.

Jungwon lifted himself up to hover over me as I fell backwards on my seat. I couldn't help but lose myself in the kiss. Damn him. He knew exactly how to play me. He kissed down my neck, finding the spot that stoked my desire, marking me in a more traditional way than the way he usually left his mark. I gasped when his hand sneeked under my shirt. My breathing got heavier as he pulled me closer.

"I don't get jealous," he muttered against my lips.

"Yes, I can see that." I pecked his nose, and he rolled his eyes.

"Where are we going?"

"To my place. It's in a remote area. Nobody is allowed there aside from the family, so we can enjoy the whole night and relax." I gave a subtle glance to his jeans, and shrugged. "We can take care of your little problem too."

Jungwon stared at me. This time he wasn't flustered. We had slept together for two times already, maybe that was why he was so free to touch me. His fingers ghosted over my cheek and he smirked. This version of Jungwon was scary as well as so hot that I felt breathless.

[I skipped the mature part of their two times, because I still don't know if the readers are comfortable with it. If you're ready to read mature part, let me know.]

"Should I prove to you how big problem it is. No way it is a little problem. You know that, no?"

I pushed him away playfully. "Idiot," I muttered, but he snuggled into me, closing his eyes again. "Yes, Jungwon you can use me as a pillow. Of course, go ahead."

"Shut up." He wrapped his arms around my waist, and pulled me closer. "You're so noisy. Let me sleep." Jungwon dozed off in 10 minutes. I couldn't help but smile.

After an hour we reached the mansion. I woke up Jungwon as gently as I could, but when he still struggled, asking me for five minutes more, I grumbled and kissed him. This woke him up. Like really woke him up, and he kissed me hard almost taking my breath. "Pervert," I pulled away, pushing a hand over his mouth. "You're awake. Let's get out."

He pouted. I shook my head and ruffled his head. If Jungwon was shocked to see the size of the mansion, he tried not to show it. The security guards bowed to us. The staff members aligned, ready to assist me. One took my purse, the other helped with Jungwon's jacket and bag. They informed that dinner was ready and so was bath.

"Are you hungry?" I asked, and he looked back at me. Jungwon had been seeing the place with wide eyes. Sometimes I forgot that this place, this lifestyle wasn't common. Not really. It was more than a normal idol thing. "Let's wash our hands, and then proceed with dinner." I tried to be chill, but the more Jungwon kept looking around, the more I grew anxious.

I seriously didn't want him to ask me about my life, but if he did, I won't be able to deny him answers. Jungwon said he wanted to shower first, and I showed him the room. It was still around 5:00 pm, so we had plenty of time. When Jungwon didn't come after half an hour, I went to his designated room, and saw him sleeping in bed. He must've thought of taking a quick nap.

My heart pounded in my chest as I pulled the blanket over him. He looked so cute, so lovely. So mine. I glanced over at Jungwon, brushing a stray lock of hair across his face. Then realized I was smiling, and snatched my hand back as if it were burned, trying to erase the moment of tenderness. I sighed. My phone beeped with a text from my mom, and reality came crashing down. It was temporary. Temporary.

"Well, shit." I turned off the light and left the room.
