Gabriela (POV):
The phone call with Alex and Aria had gone a lot smoother than I thought it would go. Both Alex and Aria agreed that Storm coming back might raise some alarm bells for Vivian. Not that Vivian had seemed overly suspicious about Storm going back. However Alex and Aria requested that Storm and I come back for a day just to go over everything that had been going on. According to Vivian and Sophie they had no problem with us leaving the castle grounds. They did however want us to let them know if and when we would need to leave.
Wren had created a complex spell that created a dome like enclosure around the castle. The spell blocked anyone from entering or leaving the castle grounds. It also made the castle invisible to anyone on the outside. The only way you could leave was if Wren opened the barrier, which is why they needed to know when anyone was going to travel outside the castle. Storm and I had planned to visit the Avery's after dinner tonight. We decided we would stay the night, and head back to the castle tomorrow evening.
"Do you have everything you need?" Storm's arms wrapped around my waist and her chin rested on my shoulder. Instinctively my hands went to her arms pulling them tightly against me. Her breasts pressed against my back, the feeling sent waves of arousal through my body. She nuzzled her nose against my neck, the sensation tickled causing me to squirm in her arms.
"Almost, are you excited to see everyone?" I giggled as Storm kissed my neck.
"Mmm yeah I do miss everyone. It's a little odd not seeing my sisters everyday. We typically spend so much time together that it feels weird having no one to hangout with when you are at work." Storm sighed as she buried her face into my hair.
"Don't you still talk to them through the pack link?"
"I do but it's not the same as seeing them everyday, plus I miss Isla and Logan a lot."
Isla, Logan and Storm had a close relationship as the three were the same age. Usually when I wasn't around the three would be glued at the hip. Well they were until Logan started spending more time with Delta. Logan and Delta were the first ones out of the Avery siblings to actually complete their mate bond. It had been recent but the sudden shift put tension on the siblings' relationships with one another. It was heartbreaking to see Storm struggle with the adjustment of not having her sister's attention anymore. Not only that but I could feel the jealousy radiate off of Storm, all she wanted was to complete our bond.
"I'm sure they miss you too, although going home means not sharing a bed for the night." As the last comment left my lips, Storm began to spin me around in her arms.
"Wait, why not?" A confused look crossed her face.
"We've never shared a bed there. I figured once we were back things would go back to normal for the night." I shrugged, not thinking anything of it.
"Yeah but things are different now, they know about us now plus it's not like they think we are sleeping separately now." Storm argued, I knew she wouldn't want to change the way things were now.
"No I know, I just figured since we just smoothed everything over that we wouldn't want to rock the boat more than necessary. Not when we are literally just visiting for the night. Plus I doubt you want to stay in the guest house with your grandparents." I chuckled remembering that I would have to deal with Jenny and Astrid's antics tonight.
"Everything will be fine you'll see. I've already spoken to my parents a few times and honestly they aren't actually unhappy that we are together. I think they were mostly in shock plus the age gap doesn't help but you know they love you. Without you they might not have been able to rescue Astrid or Ivy. Also I thought we would stay in my room anyway." I wanted to believe that Alex and Aria were okay with us but their reaction had made me doubt everything.
