"This is some start to the week" George groaned, as the group all but dragged themselves to transfiguration class.

Lee yawned and nodded, while Tara pushed Fred off her as he stumbled to the side. half asleep. "You guys have nothing to complain about" she said, taking Fred by the arm until he regained the ability to walk independently, "I have a full day Mondays"

"That was your decision" Fred mumbled from beside her. Tara turned to him and let go of his arm, "Hey!" he sulked

"That was your decision" she shrugged in response.

Lee chuckled, "We have herbology after you're finished charms" he kept laughing to himself until his face dropped, "I might actually pitch myself off the astronomy tower" he sighed finally.

George laughed at him, "Hot and cold is what you are"

"I have no clue what that means" Lee muttered to himself, dragging his feet along the corridor.

"I don't know why you're so chuffed" Tara scoffed, turning to George, "You have a double with me after this" she told him with a grin.

"Wait, it's a double?" he stopped walking and froze in his tracks, his mouth gaping open slightly, "I didn't know that"

Fred smiled, "I guess, being lazy is gonna work in favor this year" he sing-songed, "So,Tara how's your schedule looking?"

"Don't even mention if to me, please" she held up a hand, bowing her head, "I'd prefer not to talk about it"

Lee had started to push George into a steady walk again, "Wait do how many frees do you have this year?"

"I have a double tomorrow to be fair" Tara sighed, "Just before lunch and last class"

"That's not half bad then" Fred reasoned, encouragingly.

"Are you tryna make me feel better or something?" she asked him, raising her eyebrows.

"Definitely not" he shook his head once, before breaking into a smirk, "You'd think I care about you that much" he joked. You could tell he was joking because his brows always furrowed a little when he smirked whilst joking.

The four entered the classroom and groaned when they saw a bowling ball sitting stationary at each seat. Last class they had attempted to turn a bowling ball into a balloon, one of the few spells on this years course that didn't involve spells or moving objects-unless someone kicked their bowling ball.

Only four students in their whole class had managed to do it, the first to achieve it was Tara (No surprise to any of her peers there) Fred Weasley, also not a surprise, Satinder Singh, an obnoxious over achiever and finally Herbert Fleet, someone who had stepped in during last years quidditch season as keeper for a single match-Hufflepuff obviously.

"I got this on Friday" Fred complained in a hushed voice, scared that McGonagall might just pop up behind them or something. "Do, I really have to do this?"

Tara said nothing and instead rolled her eyes, looking at the ball in front of her. As stupid as it sounded, this was certainly a lot harder than she thought it would've been. She knew Sixth year transfiguration was supposed to be a massive jump from the previous years but somehow the easiest seeming stuff was just as difficult as some of the harder stuff. She didn't want to do this again today, "There's no way I'm gonna get this again" she sighed, sitting down, "That was a pure fluke"

"Oh be quiet," Fred replied, doing the same, "If you get something once you get it every time after"

"Sure" she said, unconvinced.

"When are we starting human transfiguration, again?" George said, leaning over his desk and tapping on Tara's shoulder.

"Next year" she answered, "That'll be easy enough"
