Nika's pov

"Alright people. This is the last exercise before we end our practice so I want your full energy on this. So we will .." i heard Shane shout at her team and explain to them what they had to do. I had come to watch her practice because i had already finished with mine and we would go back together. Let me tell you that watching your hot 6'2 something like girlfriend order her teammates around while also exercising and being good at what she's doing is extremely hot. I mean come on. Are you kidding me? My train of thought git blocked when ny phone started ringing. Paige's name popped up on my screen. I laughed at the picture of her icon cause i ahd put the one were dhe was sleeping. "Hey p what's up?" I said as i answered. My eyes on my girlfriend who swayed along the ice like it was that easy "Hey have you seen my blue nike sweater? I can't find it anywhere i have looked for" she said and the sound of clothes shuffling in the background. "No I do not think i have. Have you checked the laundry?" I asked and saw Shane take her helmet off and once she looked at me she threw me a wink making me blush a bit. "Ugh. Forget it. I'll wear something else until I find it. Where are you now?" She said giving up. "I'm at Shane's practice. We're heading back to hers for the night" i said looking at the stadium for a minute. I have been looking at Shane this whole time i didn't even look at how beautiful the scenery is. "Alright I better hung up cause Azzi is waiting for me at McDonald's and she'll totally beat my ass if I'm late. Stay safe y'all" she said and after saying goodbye we hung up. "Okay okay gather in!" My girl shouted taking my attention. "Good practice today. Have happy holidays y'all. Stay safe and stay healthy huh" she said making me chuckle a bit along with the whole team. A huge smile on her face as her team laughed. Everyone said their goodbyes and went to change. Shane stayed back to gather the equipment with another girl. I think i have seen her before but I'm not sure. My girl took off her gear and sat beside the girl staying only with a sports bra and her uniform. A hint of jealousy hit through me watching her sit shirtless next to another girl. There was again that wound she had on her rib. I saw the other girl put her hands on her rib as if she was examining her. Shane looked away clearly in pain while telling her something i couldn't hear. They both got up and the girl headed to the locker room while Shane came towards the bleachers where I was waiting for her. She put on her classic white sleeveless shirt on her way towards me with a smile on her face looking me up and down. "Hey there gorgeous" she said wrapping her arms around my waist. "Hey baby" i said smiling while circling my arms around her neck. She inhaled deeply in my neck making me giggle a bit before she pulled away. "You smell really good. And i stink. I don't know how you can still hug me" she said laughing. I chuckled before hitting her chest softly. "Go pack your things we're showering home" i said making a huge grin appear on her face before she literally started running tk gather her things. I laughed watching the urgency in her moves. "Put your sweater on you show off. You'll catch a cold!" I shouted and earned a thumbs up from her making me shake my head at her. Minutes later she stood in front of me with her bag all set and ready to go. "Let's go baby" she said and as she brushed her shoulder past me she took my bag as well. "You know I can carry that on my own. I am not made of glass" i said and she kept on walking while extending her free hand for me to take. "I know you can. And yes you're not made of glass. Yet somehow for me you're much more fragile than glass. So shush. And let me treat my girl like she deserves" she said tightening her grip on my hand in a reassuring way. My heart melted at her words as i returned the gesture and we walked to her car silently. She would flash me a smile once in a while but other than that we just stayed silent until we reached the car to appreciate eachother's  presence. She unlocked the car and opened my door waiting for me to get in. "My lady" she said making me laugh at how unserious she was.  She smiled at me and closed the door once i got in. She put our stuff on the trunk and came to the driver's seat. "Wanna put some music on baby?" She asked and i nodded in response. I sat there  waiting for her to give me the cable to the aux only to realise that she was handing me her phone the whole time. "Um are you sure you don't mind me having your phone?" I asked not used to that kind of trust. "Yes Mühl why wouldn't i be okay with you having my phone?" She asked as if it was something just so casual. Which it was but still. It felt... strange. I went through her playlists and put on the one with a bar for background. It was mostly rap. Basically Eminem, 50cent and more artists like them. I found this type of music so hype so once I pressed play i started vibing. She smiled at my reaction and started vibing as well. Five minutes go by and we arrived at the dorm complex. She got out of the car and made her way over to my door to open it for me. She was clearly cold but wouldn't admit it. "You are cold aren't you?" I asked with a small smile seeing how cute she was. "No. I'm okay" she said while her nose and cheeks had a shade of pink and her muscles flexing at the cold air. "Are you lying?" I asked again and she gave me a side eye before opening the door for us. "Fine. Yes. I'm cold as fuck. How am i even going to survive my stay at Croatia?" She said nuzzling her head on my side slightly bending down due to our height difference while we waited for the elevator. I laughed at how cute she was being before i stayed silent absorbing her. "You are so cute. There's no way behind all that muscle, height and cold player there is a little girl who is cold in such weather" i said staring at her in awe biting my lip trying to suppress my smile. She whined and complained about me teasing her and i laughed at her before kissing her cheek. We entered the elevator and stood there waiting for it to reach our floor. "I will shower with steaming HOT water i don't care what you say" she said getting out of the elevator and walking towards her dorm with me following behind smiling at the sight. As we got in the warmth of the dorm made her sigh as she put down our bags. "Now this is paradise. And i am going to take an extremely hot shower. You are more than welcome to join" she said and made her way down the corridor while taking off her sweater and shirt all at once. Not long after the door close i heard the water run which signalled that she was officially in the shower. I put away our bags and made my way to the bathroom. I got inside and quietly took my clothes off watching the steam of the shower on the mirror of the bathroom. I pushed the curtains out of my way as i stepped in standing behind her and closed them before i just absorbed the view. All her back muscles on full display. Her skin red from the warmth of the water. I couldn't help but turn her around to see the whole body view. A smug grin was stuck on her face as she noticed i was clearly checking her out and as she put her arms around my waist i gasped at the sudden heat. She put me under the water and before i could say anything she kissed me passionately. I forgot what it was like to breath for a moment before she pulled away and just stood there observing me. "You like what you see baby?" I asked teasingly as i tilted my head giving her the 'fuck me' eyes. She bit her lip before pulling me insanely closer to her "you have no idea how hot you are right now. And you also have no idea how horny I was during practice as i watched you look at me and my muscles like a lost puppy" she muttered lowly making me blush. Thank god the water was hot and she didn't notice it. "Fuck" i whimpered as she left marks allover my neck. "How could I not? They were on full display and I knew that they were just for me to touch" i said making her smirk against my skin. "Damn right they are" she said lowly against my skin. She teared herself off of me and with an innocent smile she put her hands on my ass lifting me up. I let out a gasp as she led us outside into our bedroom. She threw me on the bed and slowly climbed up to me. "Fuck baby you are so hot" she muttered as she left kisses throughout my whole body on her way up to my lips. "Says you. Your physique is unreal. I-" i didn't manage to finish my sentence she pressed her lips at mine softly. The kiss slower than the others. It was a kiss that actually showed how much we cared for eachother. Her hands one on my waist and the other beside me steadying herself. "Nika!" We heard from the other room. Panic was written allover our faces. Shane got under the covers quickly and i pulled them up so it could cover us until our necks. Next thing we heard was a knock on the bedroom door. "Who is it?" I called out signalling for Shane to remain silent. "Azzi" the voice said again before i told her to come in. Shane looked at me like I was crazy. I shrugged not knowing if it was an emergency or not. We sure as hell would find out. "Nika hey-woah" Azzi said as she came in covering her eyes. Shane chuckled beside me at Azzi's reaction making me blush. "What is it Azzi? Can it wait?" I asked and she shook her head still not looking at me. "You can look! Now tell me what's wrong?" I said frustrated not only because of Azzi's reaction but because shane was playing with my clit slowly and painfully under the covers I grabbed her hand and tried to put it away but to no avail. She smirked at my effort but she didn't do anything about it. "It's Paige. Shane. She got into trouble again". Just then Shane's movements stopped. A disappointed yet worried look on her face came up. "Is it bad?" She asked simply. Azzi just nodded slowly and Shane sighed. "I'll give you a minute to get dressed. When you're done come over to mine okay?" Azzi asked snd we both nodded. As she left i saw Shane sigh before slowly getting up. "What does she mean by again?" I asked she stopped moving and turned around to face me. "She can explain everything to you. Now all we gotta do is get dressed. This.." she said motioning between us "isn't over i promise. Just not now as it seems" she said and i nodded. Damn it though every time something is going good for some reason something else happens and shatters it. Now that u think of it luck isn't really our element.
