Toby's pov
I can't belive that I'm alive... that I'm seeing my girlfriend again... that I'm able to stand and feel and smell and see and everything...
I was looking at her from a third person point of view but I wasn't able to touch her or even talk to her with her knowing it was me.
"holy hell ive missed you" I said with my head burried in the crook of her neck and hers in my chest.
while crying she laughs "after you dying i dont think you alowed to say that... you dont know how much ive missed you"
"i was in the hospital because i couldnt handle it" she says and I nodded
"i know... i was there i saw everything.. even though you didnt know i was there i saw everything" I said vulnerable because I couldnt be there for her..
"im sorry.. im so sorry... you wanted me to still be ok and i didnt " she said while crying and i was too in all fairness
I shock my head in disagreement "dont be sorry for what happend before.. its already happend and im not mad or disappointed im happy that your still here" I say as I look into her eyes making sure she knows I'm not lying..
then they travel to her lips as they interlock mine... the moment we've finally been waiting for
after a bit we forget where we are and I look back at her giggling.
I finally look back up at my friend's who are also happy to see me back... im sure alot of people will be glad to see me back

its been a couple of weeks now and me and y/n were still living at 12 Grimmauld place with only a handful of people knowing about me being alive..
the first ones after florida being Sirius, Remus and my parents
but I knew there was one thing that I needed to do to finally make things right
"please y/n i really think this is a good idea" I said trying to convince her
"i dont know toby i just got you back and if we do this the ministry might take you back for science and i dont want to lose you again" she says not buying into it
"i dont know what the big deal is everyone in the world basically already know about your world and i want to share my experience and what happend at the cottage " I give up laying on her bed while she's reading next to the window
"listen.." she started and puts her book away walking toward her bed "because this is very important to you... i will allow it" with those words i get up very excited
"but... i will only allow is if sirius and remus both think this is ok " she finishes... and with that I jump out of bed and rush downstairs to pitch my idea to Sirius and Remus
they were both in the living room one reading and the other flicking through the channels on television whiles still sitting together.
"yes toby" Sirius asked needed some sort of entertainment since nothing was on the TV and his husband was being boring
"i have a great idea and y/n said she'd only say yes of it if you guys both said it was ok" I said as y/n made her way down the stairs and picking up the black cat before making her way toward me
i tell them my idea and the both of them are flung with mixed emotions
"well i cant say its a bad idea... it would give you some sort of justice" Sirius said and looked at his husband who wasnt quite sure of the idea
"plus some human act-... well... actors known by humans are coming out and talking about them being magical" i added trying to convince remus
"i dont know i mean... you could bring a bunch of reporters attention because of tour story" Remus says
"oh remus just say yes... im sure we can protect him if it does" Sirius says trying to convince his husband
"fine i guess i can accept it i guess" he answered back
i jump back from this answer and I run back upstairs so I can get ready to stream on y/n account..
i open stream labs and title the stream

i turn off donations, switch the setting to emote only and I press GO LIVE
