Paige's POV

It's been a month since I found out I had a miscarriage. I had the abortion done and focused on Justin and Kyrah's wedding to keep my mind off it. I held up my dress and Liam zipped it, wrapping an arm around my waist. "You okay?" I nodded and he grabbed my hand, pecking my lips. "Cheer up. The twins are waiting downstairs." We were going to a christmas party at Zayn's and Perrie's house.

I sat on the bed, put on my shoes and looked up at Liam. "Ready." I stood up and pulled my dress down a little. He smiled and wrapped an arm around me. "Stop drooling." I giggled and kissed his cheek.

"You look beautiful princess." I smiled, grabbed my clutch and we walked downstairs. When we reached the bottom, Peyton and Logan walked over to us.

"You look really pretty." I smiled at Logan and looked at his slicked back curls. "Daddy did my hair like his!" I looked at Liam and he shrugged.

"Mommy curled mine." Peyton looked at her loose curls and flipped her hair.

"She's been around Louis too much. So sassy." I looked back at Liam. "Let's go." I grabbed Logan's hand, walking out. "I have a smaller, cuter Liam now." I giggled and Logan smiled at me.

"Rude." Liam followed me with Peyton and we got in the car. Liam pulled out and drove off in the direction of our friends' house. We pulled in front of their house and got out. I grabbed Peyton's hand and we walked inside. "Hi Perrie." Liam hugged her and I hugged Zayn.

We followed them to the others and I hugged Niall. "Oh my God Alex!" I looked at the girl beside Harry and smiled. "So is this a thing now?" She nodded and leaned into Harry's side.

"Yeah. My little goofball." She smiled at him and he kissed her cheek.

"Awe you two are adorable." I sat beside Niall who was playing with Peyton. "Where's your girlfriend Niall?" He looked at me and shrugged.

"I still don't have one yet." He looked at my daughter and she smiled at him. "I'm still waiting." He pinched Peyton's cheek lightly and she giggled jumping off his lap, running off with her brother and Cameron. "How are you and Liam holding up?"

"We're good but we were talking about you." He looked at me skeptically.

"You're trying to dodge this. What's wrong?" I shook my head and looked over at Liam chatting with Zayn. "Is something going on that I should know about?" He looked at me with a worried expression. I blinked away the tears that were forming and gave him a fake smile, shaking my head.

"I'm fine." I got up and walked over to Perrie who was sitting near the kitchen. "Hey." She smiled and looked up, her smile immediately dropped.

"Come with me." She got up and I followed her out of the patio door. I sat down and looked up at her. "What's wrong?" I sighed and shook my head. "Don't say nothing's wrong cause you're not fine."

"First Niall, now you. I'll will be fine, okay?" She rolled her eyes and sat beside me.

"Paige is this about the miscarriage?" I looked down and nodded. "Babes you need to stop stressing. I know it was hard but you have two wonderful kids already and a loving husband. Just calm down and stop worrying about it." I looked up at her and she hugged me. "Stay out here as long as you need to calm down." She smiled and got up walking back inside.

I sighed and looked down at my hands. I took off my ring Liam gave me for my birthday and smiled and the words engraved in it.

Liam's POV

I walked over to Perrie and she looked up at me, "Have you seen Paige?" She pointed at the sliding door across the room. I walked over to it and saw Paige sitting on a chair looking at her lap. I opened the door and she looked up. I walked out and sat beside her.

"I can't get over the baby." She laid a hand on her stomach and looked up at me.

"Neither can I. We were so excited." I laid my hand over hers and she looked down. "We'll accept it sooner or later but for now, we should try to stop stressing and worrying about it." She nodded and smiled at me.

"Let's go back inside. Keisha and Louis here yet?" I nodded and got up. She got up and adjusted her dress, linking her arm in mine. We walked inside and Paige smiled at the twins playing with Cameron and Amira.

"Oh my gosh Paige! You look great." Keisha walked over to us and hugged Paige. I watched the two converse and smiled.
