The sole of her heels tapped on the floor as she walked to class.

Winter made a beeline towards Grayer's shared desk with Summer, dropping her cup of coffee and Dolce and Gabbana purse on the tabletop.

Grayer noticed a looming presence and pulled his headset from over his ears, letting it rest around his neck on his shoulder.

He raised a brow to question Winter's presence, but remembered she'd managed to cajole him into agreeing to let her sit beside him yesterday, with her tear filled eyes and soggy countenance.

He bit his lip in self reproach, choosing to bury the feeling of unease by staring up at her.

"Hey, you're busted!" She leaned in closer to Grayer, whispering the words to his ear.

She'd caught him staring.

It pulled Grayer from his reverie and he  caught a whiff of her cherry red Sephora lipgloss as she pulled away.

It was a flavor he'd become familiar with over time. He'd kissed it off lips and its scent always drew him in. It tasted like an explosion of fruity flavors and he yearned to taste it again.

Winter had pulled away a bit too fast though.

"I couldn't help myself." Grayer shrugged. Winter giggled, flipping her hair behind her back.

"That reminds me, what's up with you switching seats?" Grayer asked staring quietly at her, trying to get reasons to convince himself it was okay to let her sit with him.

Winter flashed a smile, then tilted her head to the side."You look sexy with your buttons undone!" She randomly spoke up playing with Grayer's shirt flap which was open, revealing part of his chest.

Grayer held her hand, to get his message across.

"You're trying to change the topic."

Winter shrugged, breaking eye contact. She was tactfully trying to avoid the question.

Grayer slid closer to her, such that their thighs were bumping against each other, any little jerk of Winter's head and they'd kiss.

He slowly leaned in closer to speak to her ear.

"I don't kiss and tell, Winter. Your secrets are safe with me." Grayer coaxed.

His warm breath on her earlobe sent tickles down her spine. It made her brain go fuzzy, she fidgeted.

He was a charmer, he knew how to make ladies talk.

His magnetic blue eyes stared down at her, he looked soo endearing it made her want to speak.

Winter shrugged pensively before speaking.

"Naya's got this huge crush on St.Williams and I can't drop dead be seen around him, okay? Girl code."

Grayer stared quietly up at her, trying to absorb it.

"I don't expect you to get it." Winter dismissed.

"I do, a little." Grayer scratched his head.

"Naya thinks that St.Williams is good fuck and doesn't want you in his bed?" Grayer shrugged.

"Something along those lines." She sadly admitted.

"You think running away is the best solution? It doesn't justify her being mean to you." Grayer opined.

"Who told you that?" Winter went on the defensive.

"St.Williams, he noticed something shady on the court when you girls were practicing yesterday."
