"Your dress is on its way. Your staff is against the wall behind you and I expect you to leave by the end of this week." The king says firmly.

I nod, not arguing him. I'm not in the mood anymore. I just want to push all these people away. Hoping to never see any of them ever again. And if I do it will be for a week at the most.

"Thanks." I mutter before walking out of the room and grabbing the staff. I walk down the hall and the stairs, heading towards the training room.

Halfway throught the day I'm informed that my dress is in a spare room next to Alex's room and that I have to wear contacts to hide my eyes.

I shrug it off and go back to pinning the gamma to the floor with my staff against his neck.

Ethan had to actually come in and tell his gamma off for touching my ass when I wasn't even fighting him.

Keyon has spared with me for a good two hours before he gave up and sat out. Apparently he doesn't like getting his ass kicked.

I even went against Ethan today while all his higher pack memebers watched. I let him pin me for two seconds before almost killing him, my demon taking control. The only reason why I didn't is because Keyon started to scream at me.

A few angels came down and tried to spare with me after I beat Ethan but they all lost.

"Alright everyone, the ball is in two hours. Go take a shower and get ready!" Ethan yells to all of us. I begin walking out and stop in front of him.

"I'm sorry for earlier. I-"

"It's okay, Ash, I know what is going on and I don't blame you for trying to push him and everyone away."

I give him a weak smile and walk out of the room and to the spare room. I hop into the shower and wash off all the sweat off and unknoting my hair.

I get out and dry off before throwing on a bra and underwear which a maid got me and some concealer.

I look at the dress and see it is different from what the vision had. It is short and black with a peacock design on the side. My mask is black and also has a peacock design on it. I pull the dress on and spin, the dress fanning out slightly like a tutu. I pull the heels on and take a few testing steps.

After I'm satisfied that I won't fall, I walk into the bathroom to curl my hair and tie it back elegantly. I pull on metal earrings that look like feathers and a neckalce with a feather chain.

I look in the mirror and notice that my lips look dull. I look around for dark red lipstick and apply it lightly along with the concealer on my arms. Thankfully the dress covers my wing marks on my back. I smile and notice my eyes. I frown and walk to the bed.

"Contacts. Where are the fucking contacts?" I growl out. I dig through everywhere on the bed and through the bag.

"Are you looking for these?" I turn around to see Ethan and Keyon at the doorway wearing tuxedos.

"Oh, you both look handsome!" I exclaim with a smile.

They both blush and walk towards me. "These are for you." Keyon says and offers me a small box. I open it to see blue contacts. I look up in shock.

"Dad is letting me have blue?" I ask. Dad hates my light blue eye. It reminds him of my mom, who he did fall for.
