48- wedding and a song

"Oh my Ash! That dress looks absolutely beautiful on you! White is your color." Ethan whispers, staring at me in my wedding dress.

Alex and I made the date the 5th of May and that day came up quicker than we could have imagined.

"Alpha-" the guard wolf stops mid sentence when he sees me. His jaw is open in shock. "Your highness, you look absolutely stunning."

I chuckle. "Thank you."

"Five mintues until we have to..." Keyon stops mid sentence as well.

"If you comment about how good I look, I swear I will make you train the pups." I growl, knowing he was just about to say something.

Oh, one thing Alex has agreed to let me do. Train Ethan's wolves to be better in war. So far we have not lost any wolves and have almost doubled our territory making us the third most powerful pack. I am quite proud of it too.

"Time to go, your highness. Alex and them are waiting." The guard says.

I look in the mirror one last time. I study my hair tied up into an elegant bun, the diamond necklace hanging from my neck and my two-toned eyes.

The dress is a mix of short and long. It is short in the from then flows out to being long enough to drag on the floor in the back. It has a sweetheart neckline. From the hips down, it has multiple layers and puffs out more than the tight bodice which has diamonds and jewels.

I have sapphire earrings on as well as a glossy light pink lipstick. My heels are white and basic. My marks are covered with a concealer but my wings, the tattoos at least, are on full display on my back because the dress drops low. It is a marvel on how the dress doesn't fall off my body.

One thing that all of the boys in this room know is that I am wearing a garder. Let's see how Alex responds when he figures it out.

"Let's go." I respond and have them escort me from my room and towards the courtyard. Ethan runs ahead and slips through the door, making sure no onecan see through it. Keyon decided to run around the other way because I asked him to be my bridesmaid. He was offended then realized I have no female friends.

The king waits for us at the doorway. I asked him to escort me down the walkway because let's face it, my dad would not be appropriate for this and he could care less.

He offers me an arm with a smile and I wrap my arm around his and we wait patiently for our cue.

The music begins to play and the large doors open showing us to the entire kingdom and world.

All eyes land on me and I look directly at the one man I love more than anything else, Alex. He is laughing at something Ethan said before his gaze turns to me.

His mouth drops open in shock and his eyes hold so much love and adoration in them it is almost too much to keep eye contact.

Alex beguns to whisper so I use my advanced hearing.

"Look at her, Ethan. Isn't she beautiful?"

"Alex, those words don't do her justice right now."

I smile and the king begins to escort me down the walkway. Gasps and murmers erupt from everyone as they lay eyes on me.

Alex steps down a few feet and the king hands me over to his son.

"Ash, you look absolutely beautiful." Alex whispers breathlessly.

I feel my face heat up as he walks us up to the alter.

After that, all I remember is the ring being placed on my finger, a few words and the kiss.

I actually had to hold back laughter with the ideas Jessie was giving me.

And then there is Keyon and Damien who would not stop talking about how happy they are for me.

"Ash?" Alex asks, bringing me out of my trance.

I turn my head and look at a worried Alex. "Yeah?"

"Are you okay?" He tugs on his seatbelt and leans towards me.

I nod and lay my head on his shoulder.

"Are you tired?" He whispers, brushing my hair from my face.

"Kinda."

"Go ahead and go to sleep, I will wake you when we arrive to the airport." He says and kisses my forehead.

I tug on my seatbelt and lay down with my head on his lap.

"Can you sing me a song?" I ask softly.

"Baby, I don't sing."

"Please?"

"What would you like to hear?"

"Your favorite song."

"My favorite song, huh? Hmmm..." Alex trails off. I look up to see him scratching his chin. "I don't know what my favorite song is, baby."

"You don't have a favorite song?"

"I do but it is girlly."

"I don't care, what's it called?"

I smile and lay on my back, looking up to his face. He looks down and begins to sing a familiar song.

Tears are running down my face and I wrap my arms around his neck and bury my face into his chest.

"What's wrong?" He asks softly, rubbing my back.

"I never realized how lucky I am to have you. I don't deserve you." I mumble through my tears.

"Now will you go to sleep? I don't want you tired for honeymoon." He begs.

I nod and cuddle against him while still sitting on his lap. I slowly begin to doze off as he kisses my forehead.

"I love you, my princess." He whispers before sleep takes over.
