I ran back to the group letting the twigs and wood I recollected fall from my grasp. Everyone was surprised by my quick entrance. Tink who had been comforting Wendy approached me, surprised by my sudden movement as I stepped back. I didn't need her to comfort me, I just needed her to listen.
"What's goin on?" She asked with her thick accent. She seemed genuinely worried. I hesitated seeing how everyone was worried, but I knew I had to do this.
"I'm going after him," I said decided.
"Going after who?" she asked surprised.
"You know who!" I was beginning to walk off. She grabbed my arm holding me back. "I am not going to do anything stupid."
"Aria, going over there is stupid. Calm down. They'll be back with the boy soon enough," Tink explained. I frowned at her. I knew Emma, Neal, and Regina were so much more stronger than I am, but they didn't know what I did about Pan.
"I'm going after them." I began to walk away once more before David had caught me and pulled me back. He forced me to sit on the ground and grabbed a rope full of black ink and wrapped it around me. My body was surrounded by a purple electric smoke. I was paralyzed.
"What the-"
"Squid ink," David answered, "I'm sorry Aria, but we have to trust Emma and the others. They will save Henry."
I looked at the purple smoke and stared up at David, shocked. "Was it really necessary to paralyze me?"
"There is nothing we can do but trust that they will return. If you were to go now you could throw everything off."
"He'll be fine. We know how much care about Henry. I feel that. I want to thank you for keeping him safe, but he'll be fine," Mary Margaret said. "I know it is hard, but we have to trust them.
"Him, fine?" Felix laughed," Pan never fails. He is going to kill him. He will succeed."
"He will," I whispered believing Felix's words more than anyone else's. He was right. Pan hasn't failed once since I've been here. At first I thought he was bluffing and being cocky, but now.
"Yes, and when he does. You'll all be done for." I looked at Felix with that smug look on his face which was directed right at me. At this point Pan felt he has nothing to lose. He will do anything to get what he wants. If there is a time more vital than any to go help, it is now.
I know I have no memory or recollection of anything before waking up. But I knew that for whatever reason I ended up in Neverland, I had to help him. Henry had spent less then three days with me and we had become close friends. I am not losing my one and only friend. He needed us, all of us. Including me.
I pushed against the rope as the purple smoke had turned white. I was able to move again.
"That's not possible," whispered Mary Margaret. They were all shocked. I grabbed David's sword and pushed him away. I quickly turned around and fled towards Skull Rock, ignoring their protests. I was going to save Henry.
I ran as far as my aching legs and gasping breath could take me. I wasn't sure how much longer I could keep running, but luckily I could hear the sound of the sea. I ran towards it, seeing the moonlight from the end of the trees. I got to the edge of this cliff looking down to the sea. I looked at the dark spooky island with sharp edges, Skull Rock.
I looked at my surroundings and stepped back. I had no choice but to swim there. I had to run for it to avoid the rocks at the bottom. It was crazy, but it was what I had to do to get to the island. Even if I died, at least I tried.
