Nadine's phone rang. She smiled when she saw it was James.
"James?"
"Naddie," he said and she could hear the smile on his voice.
"What is it? Is something wrong?"
"Nah... I was just scanning a magazine and I read something interesting." He said.
"You called me for that? James, it's in the middle of the night!"
She heard him laugh.
"But it's really interesting." He said.
"Okay... what is it?" Nadine said, intrigued.
"Well, according to this, scientist have proven that human minds are linked with each other through neuron activities." James read. Nadine even heard him flipping a page.
She laughed.
"What magazine are you reading?"
"That's not the point, Nadz!" James said and Nadine could already imagine his smile.
"Okay... so what's your point?" She asked.
"Well, this means that if you're thinking about someone all day with no reason at all, that person is probably thinking about you, too, in any sense." He explained.
"Okay..." Nadine said, waiting.
"So I just wanted to ask, have you been thinking about me?"
