I started to see black so I closed my eyes.

I felt like fainting but I held on.

I was dizzy though, and blindly, I tried to sit back down. I felt someone guide me.

"Are you okay?" I heard James say.

I just nodded and rest my head on my desk for a while.

When I've finally got hold of myself, I sat up again and saw my friends looking at me concernedly..

"You look pale." Paul said, looking concerned.

"I'm okay." I said, smiling at my friends.

"Maybe you need to go and lie down... You looked like you need to rest. You've been working hard. Are you feeling sick?" Jelly said, besides Paul.

I shook my head at them. "It's really nothing. I got a whole day to rest yesterday. I slept for hours."

"But we had work the day before that." James said, frowning a bit. "That's migraine. You're body is reacting because of the irregular sleeping patterns..."

I looked at him, a little amused. It's a little refreshing for our roles to be switched. It's usually me fussing over him.

"You know, you're really starting to act more and more like each other." Ate Barbie said, laughing a little.

It looks as if the others were about to start teasing us (as usual), but James had quickly said,

"Maybe we should get something for her? Like, maybe a medicine or something?" He implored.

"I have some pain reliever with me." Ate Ca said.

I took one from her and drank at once. Not that I was in pain or anything; the throbbing had gone. But I was sure they'd just nag me if I didn't, so better just follow them.

It did help, I think. The pain never returned til we've finished all our appointments for the day.

Or maybe it wasn't really migraine, and they were just paranoid.

One by one staff and crew took off and went to their respective works or homes.

I stayed. Ate Barbie had something more to do and I wanted to wait for her. I went to the floor's balcony so I can get some fresh air while waiting for her.

I had to smile when I saw the sky. I almost forgot it was the blue moon today. I'm happy I was able to see it. I got my camera out and took some shots.

When I was finally satisfied, I looked at my watch and realize it was near midnight by then. But Ate Barbie still hasn't come.

Feeling quite bored now, I looked down from behind the railing. The street is still full of vehicles and there were lights in different colors.

That was when I felt it again.

It was as if the world started growing big or else I started shrinking. My head was throbbing.

I felt as if falling, I held on the railings but then I felt someone holding me as well.

"I told you, you're not okay!" He exclaimed.

"James! I thought you'd already gone home..." I said placing a hand on my head. It was still throbbing.

"Forgot something." He said simply. "And then I ran into Ate Barbie and she said you were here, waiting for her even though she'd already insisted that you go home with Paul." He chided.

"You know we always go home together." I said stubbornly. Well, it was true, except if one of us has another appointment.

He sighed, resigned. "Well, sit down first, let's see what we can do." He said.

I looked at him questioningly.

He took out something from his bag. Some medicine and a bottle of water.

I just took it and drank up. I was really feeling lousy then.

And then he went to my back and started massaging my shoulders.

It felt great.

And it was as if the throbbing was fading.

"How are you feeling?" He asked as he continued his work.

"Wonderful..." I breathed.

He let out a chuckle.

"Sometimes, the area where you feel the pain may not be the actual source of the pain. In this case, the tightness at the base of your skull may be affecting nerve flow that you feel as a headache." He explained.

I laughed. I felt a lot better now.

"Where are you getting all these, James?" I asked curiously.

I felt him shrugged. "Internet." He said. "I have to know these things so I can take good care of Dad..." he trailed off.

I smiled at that.

"I'm sure your dad appreciates it." I said.

"Well, he did take good care of me. Least I can do." He said. "Anyway, mom said he did really take good care of her as well when they were together. She said he used to really spoil her."

"I can see that. Your dad seems really sweet. I mean, looking at how you and your siblings are so close... and even Chantal adores your dad." I said.

"Yeah... Well, I grew up seeing that side of him." He said, and I imagined how he was smiling.

"So that's where you get it from." I said, teasingly.

"Huh?"

I looked sideways to him. "I meant to say you're sweet."

His ears turned red but he grinned all the while.

"There's one more thing I learned from my dad..." He said.

"What is it?" I asked.

His hands stopped and suddenly I felt them going around my waist.

I'm sure I'm red.

And then he whispered, "My dad said when you find the perfect girl, never let her go."

I smiled at that and snuggled into his arms.

"Oh," He said suddenly, "and he said I'd definitely get points if I hug you from the back and whispered sweet nothings into your ear."

I pursed my lips and smacked him playfully and tried to release myself from his embrace.

But he didn't let me go, and only let out a chuckle.

"I told you I wouldn't let you go."
