AN: this is a FANFICTION. idk what happened last night, what time they played video games or where (not for sure anyway, lol). it's all my imagination. haha. so DON'T ASSUME. 😂✌

It was quiet in the Reid's living room as James and Nadine wait for their other friends to arrive. Nadine was on her laptop, sorting out their new photos and videos from their Japan trip while James was busy setting up his game console. After a while Nadine felt rather than saw James moved closer to her. Assuming he was finished setting up, she just let him sit behind her, thinking he probably didn't have anything else to do but watch her work.

"Shit!" James said out of the blue and Nadine glanced his way at once.

Looking understandably startled, she asked, "What's wrong?"

His short response was, "I love you." And then he leaned in and kissed her.

Nadine froze, trying to register what the hell just happened. It was only when James chuckled that she snapped out of it and slapped her boyfriend playfully in retaliation. James had only laughed harder. Nadine pouted. He was having too much fun. He'd been finding more on more ways to make her "freeze" and then he'd make fun of her after. The only thing she has up her arsenal as revenge was to try and make his hair disheveled, so attack his hair she did.

They toppled over as Nadine reached for his hair and James tried to evade, laughing all the while.

They were wrestling for a while with Nadine still trying to touch James' hair. They only stopped when James gave up on trying to get away and instead just hugged Nadine to himself, still laughing. Nadine finally gave in and started laughing along, too, knowing how silly they both were being.

"Happy 2nd." James said after a while. And Nadine realized it was already five pass 12 o'clock. It was already the 11th.

Nadine smiled down at James and gave him a quick peck on the lips. "I love you, too." She said.

Extra:

"Sorry for intruding, but we're here." Jude said, dully.

"Seriously, stop. I told you I'm already reevaluating my single life!" Henz added with a groan.
