Third Person POV

"Deku, you've got a package."

He heard this from his place on the throne, and as the aforementioned leader of Celestial Dragon was called upon, he went from tilting his head on his fist, to lifting it slightly in order to look at the messenger.

"If it's more fanmail, don't bother," Deku dismissed with a wave of his hand. "We've got plenty already..."

As he said this, the room deadpanned and looked towards the corner where there was a monumental pile of letters all addressed to the new #1 in Japan.

"Crazy," Agnus mused. "You'd think with all that you've done people would be more against you, or at least not openly supporting you like this."

"It's not unusual for people to gravitate towards such a polarizing figure." Amanda chimed in.

"Love letters though..?" Lior exclaimed in disbelief.

"Hey, it could be worse. I've seen death row inmates get sent some pretty exclusive stuff," King added to the conversation. "People have some wild tastes."

"Oh to be a death row inmate..." Agnus sighed.

"How distasteful." Amanda expressed by rolling her eyes.

"Said the woman crushing on a 16 year old." Lior defended by staring at her without flinching.

Amanda blushed in embarrassment before narrowing her eyes and scowling at the blonde: "I'll have you know that was purely an act to try and take advantage of him!"

"Yes, and we all see how well that worked." Slade sweatdropped. "Instead of taking advantage of him, you're now one of his top subordinates. You really showed him..."

Amanda shot her head towards Slade and growled at him. Slade shrugged and refocused back onto Deku as he tossed the fanmail towards the pile.

"You guys certainly never bore me," Deku also sweatdropped. "Anyways, it's been a while so give me some details on the status of current society.

"Well," Slade began, conveniently ignoring the daggers Amanda was glaring into him. "All Might has officially retired due to his injuries that he sustained during your battle. All For One and the LOV are in Tartarus and don't look like they'll be getting out anytime soon. They seem capable of breaking out if need be, but I highly doubt they want anything to do with you anymore. Japan is officially yours."

The 5 subordinates seemed satisfied with the report, and so did their leader. However, he closed his eyes and looked downwards in thought, a frown clearly present on his face.

All Might...

It was rare for Deku to falter like this, especially when receiving news of the success of his plans. Deku may have been all powerful, but he wasn't heartless. All Might had meant something to him at one point, and maybe he still meant something to him even now. But, regardless, Deku did what he needed to do. With all of the adrenaline of battle, it was difficult to take a step back and truly realize that the fight he had not only ended All Might, but ended his childhood. Everything he once stood for was now changed, reformed, and altered into this new grand plan.

A new world.

He reopened his eyes with focus. A silver glow flashing for just a second, before fading as if it was never there.

"Go on," Deku beckoned Slade with reinforced conviction. He had no time to think of his past, he had to focus on building the future.

"You seem to have quite a lot of supporters out there. It seems they have been moved by your speeches of grandeur." Slade continued.
