Well, fuck.

Gray's body tensed as he stared down the floating alien, silently realizing that he might've underestimated the severity of the mission. The man was unlike anyone he had ever seen before - there was no oppressive aura around him, or overwhelming Ki. Instead, if Gray didn't know any better, he would've assumed he was just a regular weakling grunt. But, obviously, that was far from the case.

To be fair, this is still King Vegeta's fault.

Admittedly, Gray was realizing now that the idea of charging into the tower with such a small group was pretty reckless, but it also wasn't entirely his fault.

I have one-shot baldy with me, and the 2nd-ranked hero!

He might've been overconfident, but when considering that he had a near 50-billion ally in Tatsumaki, a transformed Caulifla, and he had both transformed and eaten a fruit, he thought that he would be able to handle any opponent. After all, if Gray's power level was sitting at about 10x what King Vegeta's would be, then how could anyone pose a threat to him?

That bastard either underestimated the hell outta this planet, or Turles is fucking everything up!

For the wannabe Frieza, who was now revealed to be an alien named Boros, to be so powerful that Gray couldn't see his power level even in his Ozaru form, the man must've been easily 1000x King Vegeta's strength. Unless the King was holding back his power somehow, something Saiyans didn't do, then this mission was above even King Vegeta's pay grade.

Fuck a King Vegeta-tier mission, this is a Frieza tier mission!

Granted, Gray knew that Turles' appearance could've been responsible for this. He didn't know how Turles had gotten here, or why he was even here, but him bringing the Tree of Might created a lot of problems. Any of the opponents here could've been chugging down the fruits over the past weeks, and as a result, could be hundreds of times stronger than they had originally been.

And now I gotta deal with this shit.

Gray raised his hand, doing the only thing he could think of in this situation. He promptly opened his shop, tapping through the screens quickly as he went to a familiar item.

"Have you gone insane?" Boros muttered in front of him, looking a bit amused as Gray was seemingly tapping at the empty space between them. However, he blinked in surprise as a trio of beans suddenly fell into Gray's open palm.

"Eat these," Gray said casually, flicking one [Enhanced Senzu Bean] to Cauifla and the other to Tatsumaki.

The bank account is taking a hit, but it's better to be poor than dead, right? If this bastard is just gonna stand there, I might as well prepare.

"What is it?" Tatsumaki asked, raising an eyebrow at him as she caught it.

"God bean. It'll heal you," Gray explained poorly, not having time to explain the intricacies of Senzu Beans as he shoved his own into his mouth.
