Alright, I'm starting to see how this was made so quickly now.

As Gray's giant ape-fist busted through the wall of the tower and opened a hole for himself, Fubuki, Tatsumaki, and Caulfila, he took in the interior, which wasn't much of an interior, as Gray's thoughts about the tower looking like a giant wall were largely confirmed to be true.

It's less of a tower and more of a big-ass wall.

The interior looked just like the exterior - which was to say, it was dark and foggy. Far below, if Gray squinted, he could make out what largely looked like a wasteland. Where the outside of the tower had trees, swampy water, and vine-like terrain, the inside instead had a ground made of pure brown dirt, with dead trees littering the ground.

This is good. I was worried our Ozaru's might run out if the moon was blocked, but it's still visible.

Above Gray, he could still see the small sliver of moon in the sky, which was progressively becoming larger and more filled out. However, Gray wasn't sure that would also be the case as he looked down and took in the various large building-sized roots crawling through the ground.

The Tree of Might.

The massive tree sucked the energy straight from the planet it was planted in, funneling it to the fruit that grew within it. The wasteland below him was clearly a result of that energy being sucked out of Monas, though-

It seems to be contained within the tower. How the hell did they do that?

The massive roots were evidence that the Tree of Might was indeed within the tower, but the outside of the tower was somehow largely untouched by the tree's energy-draining properties.

In the movie, Earth was pretty much completely drained within just a day or two. Is it because there's more energy here to drain?

Monas was definitely more energy-rich than Earth was, as instead of just the Z-Fighters and a bunch of weak humans, the planet had numerous monsters roaming the surface. Even if the monsters were pretty weak, they were at least stronger than an average human.

"Let's head straight for the tree," Gray said bluntly, receiving a nod from his trio of female companions.

The strong power levels are further in, and then a bit up. They're probably literally on top of the Tree of Might.

It seemed that the Turles squad, or who Gray assumed was the Turles squad, were taking the guarding of the tree pretty seriously.

Gray's squad shot forward, blasting through the darkness as they quickly approached the group of strong power levels. No one stopped them in between, as there didn't seem to be even a single soul within the pitch-black night sky.

I sense a small group pretty far below us. Can they not sense Ki?

That wouldn't be that surprising, as Gray had met more people who couldn't sense Ki than he had who could. Gray ignored them, trusting his split-up squad to handle any of the other monsters in the area as he continued to fly toward Turles' squad.

"Be ready," Gray just called back to the trio of women behind him, "We're getting close!"

As Gray got closer to the group of energy signatures, the Tree of Might itself came into view. Gray peered through the fog and the darkness, noticing that the tree looked exactly how he remembered it.
